We had a disappointing experience due to one extremely rude and unprofessional staff member. There were two women working—one was scooping ice cream, and the other (the one I’m referring to) was just handing cones. Because only one person was scooping, we gave our order one at a time to avoid overwhelming her or causing confusion.

Despite this, the second woman came over and said, “So is there anything else or no?” in an impatient tone, then gestured at us to hurry up—clearly irritated. There was only one other family in line, and we were simply ordering for our group of eight. The attitude was completely unnecessary and made the whole experience uncomfortable. My friends and I stopped in after going through Timbavati zoo. I had a 10% off coupon entire purchase. I asked the girl who was checking me out if the coupon could be used on their also on their items too. She said yes and I and my 2 friends heard her say yes it be used on their bill. I stepped away to look at the ice cream. While I stepped away a different girl checked them both out. They told her that the previous gal said the coupon could also be used towards their bills.
