Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Wisconsin Dells

We ordered ice cream online for delivery online at 6 PM . The initial time given to us for delivery was 6:3 . When it still hadn't arrived by 6:45 i began trying to call the store to see where our order was. I was unable to get a hold of anyone. At 6:50 we got a text message that the delivery wouldn't arrive until 7:50. I continued to try to call the store to cancel as my three small children had already been waiting an hour for ice cream. After repeatedly calling the store and not being able to get thru, i texted the driver to cancel at 7:10. I then went to walmart to get icecream. We had all finished our icecream when the delivery arrive . I told them it was supposed to be cancelled and that we weren't interested. I left several voicemails asking to be contacted about the incident, and never heard back from anyon . I finally got a hold of the store today and had someone hang up on me three times after asking for a manager. Waiting 2 hours for icecream with three small children was bad enough, but the extent of the unprofessionalism afterwards is...

Was very excited to come in to get some cold stone ice cream, until I actually walked into the store. The three young workers that were there that night were terrible. They were immature, not paying attention, and just plain rude. They didn't acknowledge that they had customers and when we finally checked out the young man was great but the other girl was being completely obnoxious and rude, trying to get his attention because she found a sprinkle in the waffle cone maker. They were all yelling and running around like they were on a jungle gym. It took forever for them to get me my Churro Camamel Crunch and when I received it I was very disappointed. It was one small scoop of vanilla ice cream and about half a can of whip cream. Definitely not worth the $6 that I paid for. Very poor customer service and not at all a good overall experience. I will definitely not be returning to this store in the dells...

This Cold Stone is a must visit in the Wisconsin Dells!

I was very impressed with the service that my kids and I received - our ice cream server was kind to her core!

She was thorough, helpful, positive, and patient! She made us feel special, saying she would remember us and got to show off her creativity working patiently with my 3 year old.

After an enjoyable conversation, I learned this incredible human is the new owner! I am very optimistic that she will continue growing and thrive as a franchise owner.

As for the ice cream....it's Cold Stone! It's always amazing! Made from scratch, fresh, unique flavors with incredible mix-ins. Smoothies, cakes, fresh waffle cones!

Clean building and restrooms and a nice seating area inside!
