I'm 41 and have been going to Walgreens most of my life. I've never known a buissness, let alone a pharmacy, to be so bad. They used to be okay, but now, if I want a prescription theyve had days to fill, I would have to go there to ask them to fill it, then wait 30 minutes minimum, EVERY TIME. Multiple times telling me insurance wouldn't cover my medication, wven though they had my insurance info already, so have multiple times had to ask them to run it again, for thwm to tell my family member or I, "its covered." Many times. Not just a few. Mmkay. Who has time for this? So stressful. Or waiting until I was there to tell me they didnt have it or couldn't fill it after days of having the prescription. Waiting on hold at least a dozen times forever. I was recently told when it would just hang up on me, "Thats what it does for everyone now mame, so it's not our bad buissness practices." Never happened at any other Walgreens. Always got a phone call or could see on update of insurance issue or not in stock. Ive seen similiar complaints. My family deals with the same thing. Going without necessary medications for days, if not a week. Sick. I won't write a bad review, unless there is consistent severe problems that have cost me real hardship and trauma. Rude and passive aggresive employees. Understaffed. Treat you like a drug seeker, no matter the medication. Myself and family members waiting hours to days for prescriptions our doctor needs us to have immediately, or ASAP. Requesting random refills from your doctor? Yes, they do that. I got a prescription I need for Fluconazole today, but the Walgreens I love was out of stock. I cringed, because I had to request from this Walgreens. They requested a refill of an old prescription gor Flucanazole from my doctor, wasting my doctors time and making me look bad, instead of just filling my new prescription obviously transferred from a nearby Walgreens. My mother went to get it because I have a skin condition that's bad, it comes in, but apparently putting already individually packaged medication was too hard, so exhausted, she has to yet again wait. They have horrendous customer service. You do not feel part of a community as a local when going here. You don't want our buissness. Got it. I could go on. I do wonder if some of this weird and accusatory behavior came from a new pharmacist that started there. He seems like he'd like the whole social credit score thing for everyone but himself. That kind of person. Save your self! Run away from this dumpster fire, that takes their own personal problems out on anyone they decide might be a...
Read moreI would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to the Pharmacy. I had an infection that needed antibiotics. The doc perscribed them on 7/15/24 and immediately sent them out to this pharmacy. Since then, I have attempted to pick them up three times. The Pharmacist was not available, or on duty so I was told they had no choice but to close. Its the law...I was finally able to pick them up today. My issue is NOT even that though. When I arrived today to pick it up, I went early, right at 8am, and through the drive-thru. The pharmacist on duty today (she said her name wasTara) ignored the window. When she finally did speak to me it was through the phone and 15min had gone by. She was extremely rude and short. Seemed as I was bothering her by even being there. She got all my info, hung up, & came to the window. She then proceeded to THROW the bag into the chute,no joke, and quickly tried to shut it. As she was doing this, I was trying to ask her a question about the food/no food with the medicine and wasn't paying attention. I almost got my hand chopped off by the dropbox. I literally had to pull it back towards me to not have that happen. All of this is unexceptable and I will no longer be using WALGREENS in Wisconsin Dells because of...
