We booked a cabin for our one night stay in the Dells. It included park entrance, parking pass, and the "All you can eat" food deal. I got continuous updates on where to go check-in via text which I thought was great. The check-in building was fairly big and there was enough people at the counters to check you in. Fortunately when we got there around 10-10:30 our cabin was ready so we could go there and put some of our stuff away. We went with another family and their cabin wasn't ready at that time but that was not a big deal. We had already planned to go to the park right away anyways. Plus when you check in they give you your wristbands and parking pass so there really is no need to go straight to your cabin. When getting to the campground area it can get a little confusing. We did not get a map of the campground so it was hard to tell which way to go to find out cabin. We circled around twice and then had to slowly look at all the cabin numbers to figure out which way to go. Signs with the cabin number range at the entrance points would be very helpful. Once we found our cabin we were able to park right next to it. The cabin was nice and clean. There's linen on the beds, towels and some toiletry, wall mounted TV, mini fridge, microwave, AC, and a table with one chair, along with the bunk bed and queen bed. One thing that I read beforehand and can agree on is that going in and out of the cabin does carry in a lot of dirt and sand on the ground. I should've brought either a floor mat or a small broom to sweep up. We left our shoes outside the door which helped slightly. The porch is kind of small but we were able to fit 4 chairs and people there when the ran came and we wanted to enjoy the outside. The picnic table is right out our door along with a fire pit. Because we were only there one night we did not use either. The bathroom from our cabin was a little further away but nothing you couldn't just walk to. Probably not at night though. We just popped a squat then. The bathrooms are decent. The toilets are fairly clean and stocked. The showers however could use some work. We've seen better but then we've also seen worse. Do wear sandals when using. My only issue with the campground, not that it's MTOs fault really, is that I was awaken at 1am to people karaoking. YES!! I said karaoking. They had the music blasting and they were singing, laughing and talking super loud. Even their kids were still up with them. I had hoped that somebody near them would say something but it went on for awhile. The only thing that kind of drowned them out was when the AC kicked in. But once it stopped you could still hear them. I'm assuming that there are noise ordinances or quiet times in the campground, as with all campgrounds. Unfortunately there was nobody there to ensure that. I'm sure the only reason why they stopped was because it started to rain really hard. As far as the park it was good. It was a cooler day and there was rain in the forecast so there wasn't much people there. However, when the rain came down and did not stop we tried going into the indoor part and it was PACKED. There were lines for everything and nowhere to really sit or stand. With all the property that has been bought to bring in more people they should consider making a bigger indoor swimming area. That was not ideal at all. We ended up leaving around 2-3pm to come back later when it would just be resort people. I can tell you it did not get any better. The "All you can eat" is misleading. However, there is fine print on the site and a calendar on the times the eating is available. I looked at that prior to going and also read other peoples posts. We brought our own food, as we always usually do, but did get in line for our free food. The lines are long but did go fairly quick. But then again the weather was not good so not a lot of people there. The food was meh.... Depending on age you can get one or two of cheese pizza or hot dog. Drinks are self-serve. Hope this helps anybody who plans on staying.

First, I'll start off by saying this: my family, friends, and I have frequented this water park resort for the past 3-4 years. In thst time, we have always had problems, witb thr staff, stolen stuff, bed bugs, and their pricing scams. Tonight was the final nail in the coffin for Mt. Olympus. The room next to my families had bed bugs in them, and the infestation was bad. Luckily there were no kids there, but still, the services and compensation offered to the people in that room was quite sad. This was in village number 5, room 20608 for reference, and they were offered to be moved to village 26, which is like miles away. So, here are the cons of Mt. Olympus: There are bed bugs in almost every single village, the staff doesn't understand English/also are mainly foreign, food prices are sky high, and the quality doesn't match the price at all, there have been very little in terms of expansion of the park within the last decade, the place isn't as clean as it should be, safety standards and rules aren't enforced, the quality of the stay and resort feels cheap and outdated overall, and finally, for those who pay to get in with a wristband, you aren't allowed to go to the other side of the park that has all the good slides. Here are some pros now: since they made the park private on one side, it has less people usually, you can bring your whole family here and have a lot of space and freedom, rooms come with basic needs, like a tiny fridge and old microwave, and the beds and rooms are usually big enough for what you pay. Overall, I would rather stay at the wilderness, but, because of pricing and family size, the Mt. Olympus resort is the last resort.

The company bought a lot of small hotels in the surrounding area. So you may not stay in the actual hotel, next door to the the water park. We stayed maybe a mille way. All the hotels that belongs to the company are painted in white and blue, so they can be recognized. The Check In is on the main hotel. You park near the indoor water park to get to the main entrance. And it is right there. There are at least ten agents there, and may be a decent line. When a agent is free, they hold a wooden sigh. I don't remember exactly what was written, something like: "Next" or "Here" So you have to keep an eye for it. It was a little tricky to find our building, as the instructions are confusing. The room was a little too pricey and a little outdated. Mattresses, for the twin beds, were very thin, very uncomfortable. And the room was a little small for a Double bed and a bunkbed. So it was very close the air conditioning, which may be a problem for children, due to the cold air right on them, on the bottom bed, no problem for the top bed. I just placed a sheet to protect my child. But the room got a little too hot. The Double bed had no headboard, it was painted on the wall. Which is just usual, for me. No free wifi, though. They have free tranpostation, to and from l the water park or some other attractions. We did not use it, so I can not comment on that. And if you are a guest you don't have to pay for parking, when visiting the water park. The other attractions are fun for children. But not everything is free. Some other attractions, in the park, you have pay like $5 each.

MARIJUANA EVERYWHERE!!! PARENTS PLEASE READ!!! It's currently 12:52AM and we just got in our room.... However, we got here AFTER a 3hour drive at 9:50pm to check in... It took nearly 3 hours of my valuable time to get our rooms correct. The front desk team is NOT experienced, they are all very young foreigners (16-18yrs old) who are not properly trained (not their fault). The management team are robots...locals who are satisfied with the status quo, not interested in advancement. They seem use to expecting the worst, so the mindset is one of not willing to go above and beyond to retain a customer or even put forth the effort, which is unfortunate. We usually come to the dells, stay at a motel and enjoy the water parks.... This time we wanted to try something different and Never ever ever, will I come back here and spend my hard earned money! Nick Laskaris, as a greek friend, I pray you read this and take into consideration the jeopardy your business is in. Unfortunately I was not the only person today to experience this inconvenience. It is quality rather then quantity that matters and the reviews are starting to reflect the reality of that quality! My experience in detail: Approximately 9:50pm check in with Alina. Initially pleasant and polite, however, she didn't speak or understand english very well. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (RESERVED on Expedia, but paid for at the hotel not online) We were under the impression our rooms were in the "main building" and they were not. They were in a "villa" which we didn't know. We wanted rooms next to each other and they weren't. We asked if we could get an adjoining room in the main building for the same price she said yes, then said no, then said it was 400.00 extra. Then her key reader was broken and she couldn't get the rooms right. Now 40/45 minutes later, I asked to speak to a manager. Manager Jessica comes over pissed cause I interrupted her dinner, was rude from the beginning. She said If I would have read online it said "villa" and we were in Hotel "Rome". I didn't KNOW the difference because I've never stayed here. I didn't know there were separate buildings off site. I asked if she could put us in the main building and she said for an additional 400.00, I said forget it, just please find us rooms next to each other. She found two rooms so we get to the car on our way to the building 7A and I look closer the rooms are on separate floors! NOT happy! I go back ask for Jessica and different "manager" hispanic guy comes out, explained my situation, he comes back and apologizes for my experience and offers " what I can do is DOWN GRADE one of your rooms so you are next to each other and give you a roll away cot"....... WHY would I down grade my rooms (example of robots) I said NO I won't be down grading, let me speak to Jessica. Jessica comes back still rude, Insulted a personal relationship, and finally does her job and gets us rooms next to each other in a further building 10. Jessica does NOT explain how to get to our room, just showed us a small map on our key holder and says " we are here, your room is here" however, she did give us a 20.00 credit on our rooms (nice but doesn't show compassion) we get to building 10... it REAKS of MARIJUANA. I have 6 kids 3 adults with our group!! I was NOT o.k with taking my child and his friends into a hotel that is filled with DRUGS!!! Now 11:15pm. We go back to front desk a young, inexperienced girl who was chewing her gum like a cow, mouth open, popping her gum blowing bubbles while speaking to customers is "assisting" me & I asked to speak to a manager Jessica, she comes back smacking her gum and says "oh sorry she left for the night"...I asked for another manager. I decided to ask another clerk for Jessica and he said, "Yes she is here I will go get her... He then comes out with the gum smacker and says oh she left... LIAR!! ROBERT another manager comes out I explain my situation to a 3rd manager, and he says I can't give you a refund. We leave only to have to come back theres more to this but ran out...

check in around 6pm with our 3 children aged 5, 8 and 12. Originally i booked the room online upon completion of booking a little messaged popped up saying that to keep in mind i didnt book a room in the main hotel but in the village. so i called and spoke with a young lady who informed me that i booked a standard room but i could upgrade to be in the main so i did over the phone with her. We get there to check in she tells me the main building is sold out for the day and that we didnt have a reservation for that. We just had a note to be closer to the main building. Even though i DID pay for the upgrade. The lady then tells us about the amenities and circles on our map the go karts included in our stay that i barely understood because of her hard accent. i felt so embarrassed asking her to repeat herself 5x. Next we find our room which is in a motel looking building with an old rusted swing set in the middle of the lot. We go over to go karts the lady told us about and they inform us we have to pay. He directs us to the free go karts which is back down the street. The next day we go to the pool it was a bit crowded but ok it was saturday. At the pool i go down to the front desk and i talk to someone about a fire pit. i stated that i would like to do smores and dogs with my family later and if i could be directed somewhere. The lady informs me that they actually have a camp ground and there were many fire pits available for use. We leave the pool later on get dressed go buy everything we need for our fire and we dind the camping ground, We had a nice little spot right by the entrance off to the right kind of by a dumpster and a lot f little cabins. We hangout for about 2 hours listening to music with our kids and letting them makes smores. They were a bit cold so they sat in chairs and so did we. Right after 10pm a lot of vans started pulling me and dropping people off to the cabins. We then see the vans are dropping off the students that work for the resort and the cabins behind us where were they lived. a few of the students from one of the near by cabins came over and spoke to us and said hello and said they were surprised to see the pir lit because they were not allowed to use it or even bbq at that. We told them they could sit with us and have a couple of brats. They thanked us and accepted. as they went back in to change their clothing a couple of security guards approached us with flashlights and rude attitudes asking us where we were from and told us we were on private property and we had to leave. We told them we were staying at Mt. Olympus showed them our wristbands and we had permission. he said to go and it was quiet hour for the students... keep in mind they had just got dropped off from work and it was a saturday night. i asked why he stated he was the head of security and because he 'said so'. They left and we turned OFF the music and started picking up all of our belongings we bought and tables and chairs. The students came back and we told them what happened they were a bit upset and said it wasnt fair. They started telling us about how unfair they are treated. And even told us they work for $8.50/hr , they average 40-70 hours a week and dont get overtime. Our fire was still going so we finished up the couple of hot dogs and brats that were on there and finished our conversation with the students and how they wished at times they were home and they felt like children being taken advantage of by the resort. which we 100% agreed with them. Guards came back screaming at us and them saying they weren't to be talking to us and could be kicked out. And instructed us we could stay but they had to leave. (unsure why the guards said something else earlier) we left upset then. we checked out the next morning. overall very bad experience i recommend the wilderness much cleaner and over customer service. I hope they learn how to treat their workers also. So upset our children witnessed this all. i wish i couldve wrote more but google cut me off. so much more. just over DO...

Hope this helps anybody who...
