To say the least, this is my own personal Disney World! We lost our home in hurricane Milton this year, it's been a rough one. I have saved up all year, to allow myself a shopping binge at this wonderful store. Yup gave up my expensive matcha lattes, ate peanut butter sandwiches for lunch etc. Well you get the picture! First of all, when you walk in the doors, they are the kindest people you will ever want to meet. And to say that Cathy is a Celebrity is an understatement! She has the most vibrant personality and probably has one of the kindest hearts of anyone you'll ever meet. And then there's Lisa. The only way quite simply, I can describe her is she is an angel on this Earth. I will be forever grateful for her kindness. Now let's talk about the clothes, I've been wearing Lulu B for years, they are not easy to find even in Florida, where I live. She has the largest collection of Lulu B I have ever seen. And don't worry if they don't have it on the rack, they have a huge warehouse where they'll probably be able to find it! And ladies she now carries Plus sizes!!!! Lulu B clothing lasts for years and years, it washes beautifully, and I am here to tell you, it is worth every penny. So Im telling you, even if you are an hour or two hours away from the shop, it is worth the visit. We were on our way to Maine, and my sweet husband actually drove out of our way to stay on the Cape to visit my Disney World!! Word to the wise...Don't take your husband because shopping with your husband is like fishing with the game warden! My dear husband stayed in the car lol! And Cathy for one moment in time, you and Lisa took my mind off of all the sad things that have happened to us in this past year. Thank you thank...
Read moreIf you want a product in a timely fashion, go elsewhere. I ordered a sweater mid-February for St. Patrick's Day. I reached out twice to make sure the product would arrive on time. Cathy's only responded once and assured delivery. Three days before the event I was to wear the sweater they called to say the sweater would not arrive by the holiday. The woman who called then blamed the company Cathy CHOOSES to do business with. As if the customer differentiates bw the shop and the vendors they get their product from. Cathy's then offered no discount on the item that would arrive post holiday. Terrible customer service from start to finish. I am left last minute scrambling bc Cathy's couldn't (a) deliver within a month window and then (b) did nothing tangible to get it right. The woman from Cathy's who called wasn't remotely sincere and blamed everyone but Cathy's. Zero stars. Buy elsewhere.
Update: Cathy called when she heard I was displeased. I have real respect for that. Unfortunately, she shared that she had been fighting with the vendor for 14 days. During this same window, I received email assuring it would be delivered in time for the holiday. The promises and assuances offered to me of on-time delivery, with a month lag, were not honored. I think Cathy will do better in the future but my experience with this story is deeply...
Read moreA few years ago I was out shopping for clothes for my mom Suzanne, who had Alzheimers. I had gotten to know Cathy over the last few years so I decided to stop in to see her. I couldn’t bring my mom in to shop because she had progressed with her illness. I told Cathy I was looking for things for mom, she let me take about 12 items to have her try on and to just bring back whatever she didn’t want & pay for my items then. I could not believe her kindness! I now go back to see her every year as I live out of state and I remind of her kindness to my mom. I was just in today will my mother in law buying her a beautiful birthday outfit. Your kindness & generosity Cathy will always remain with me… I wish you a healthy fall season! God...
