My partner and I recently spent 3 nights in Hanoi and ensured we always finished our night with a few beers from Ha Noi Homebrew. The beers were awesome served in clean cold glassware. We spent 3 weeks in Vietnam from South to North, and found craft breweries and brewpubs everywhere along the way, Ha Noi Homebrew was by far my favourite venue, it had the best beer (the Double IPA was awesome, but try the Pilsner first!), the best old school street bar vibe and by far the best and friendliest service. We will be back 😊

The bartender is very sociable, cheerful and positive, he makes this place even better than it already is. Perhaps it is the bartender and the assortment of original beer that sets this bar apart from other craft bars in the center; it’s a pleasure to be there.

decent craft beer at okay prices. tried the VPA, DIPA, and the pilsner and enjoyed them, and my girlfriend also liked everything she tried.

location is great, fun and lively street so the outside seats are vibey. a little effort with the interior would be nice though.

the lady serving us at the start was nice enough; the big downside was the other owner who came later, who took an immediate dislike to us and soured the experience. my girlfriend made the mistake of addressing him as 'em' rather than 'anh' despite him likely being her senior.. dude didn't take it well, ha....
