We visited Yerevan for vacation with my partner and my friend. The care taker of our hostel recommended us Dragon Garden Restaurant. She gave a lot of good feedback about your restaurant.
When we arrived at the restaurant the reception was fine she assisted us to our designated table.
They gave us menu but there’s no English translation. I waved my hand for a couple of minutes to the waiters which are only talking with their colleagues. As they noticed that I’m waving to them they just told me “Wait 1 minute please!” I was really shocked they shouted at me. I just stay cool and patient. their managers as well are not into customer service even if they saw us waving, they don’t care at all. They will just look at you. Nobody is checking back to the tables. Delay of serving of drinks.
And sad to say This restaurant have REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! But the food was delicious.
Im just concerned about you guys. I do understand that working in a restaurant is hard because I’m a manager as well at a Michelin Star Restaurant at Dubai.

Read moreI'd like to break down our experience at it was a birthday party: Management - The manager took our reserved dinner order and was extremely hospitable when the diners arrived. Booking was prompt, and menu delivered as presented and ordered. Service - We were met by an extremely friendly and chatty attender, he was a real sweet guy, served all our orders and kept following up throughout the meal with high sprited conversation till the end. Then the staff surprised the birthday boy with a desert offering, candles and music with high applause. Awesome end to a meal. Food - Personally have tried every Chinese restaurant in Yerevan, this was the first time at The Dragon garden. Read moreMy family has been loyal customers, dining at your restaurant at least once or twice a month because it’s a favorite for my kids. However, during our recent visit, I was appalled by how poorly my complaint about a dish was handled. The meat was tough, and instead of replacing the dish, you simply took it away and still charged me.
This is unacceptable. When a customer raises an issue, the least you can do is resolve it properly. Ignoring the problem and charging for an unsatisfactory dish shows a lack of respect for your patrons. I expect better from a restaurant we’ve supported so frequently.
