Tumanyan Shaurma — Restaurant in Yerevan

I Visited 28/8/19 approximately 7.30-8pm Lady at the counter was nice! It all started when my wife was asked by the serving guy what she wanted in her showerma, my wife started responding but he cut her off with a terrible attitude rolling his eyes. I couldn’t help myself but to ask what’s his problem, he replied with more bad attitude and arrogance by saying he couldn’t understand her. at this point he really fired me up so asked him to use some common courtesy and perhaps use the word like can you repeat or excuse me I didn’t hear that may be a little smile would go a long way. Then his fellow worker jumps in and asks me if I’m looking for a fight. I thought did I hear that at this place I asked him to repeat himself he asked the same question so I asked for the manager he said I’m not getting you the manager I asked again he kept refusing to get the manager. In the end we got our money back and left. I hope the manager or the proprietor would care to check the CCTV camera above the cash register at the date & time provided above in order to investigate this episode so it doesn’t happen to other...

Food is ordinary. The girl who is cashier just receives money and gives you the receipt without any extra word. You have to know how and from whom receive your food. In my case I was waiting 45 minutes and none of the staffs tell me that I have to go to the barbeaque man myself and inform him about my order. The cashier girl treats you rude and impolite.
