Server did not ask if we were dine in or take away. Paid $44+ for one poached eggs on toast and one mushroom omelette also one chocolate thickshake and one coffee thickshake. So went up to collect food thinking that they would be served on a plate with metal cutlery....we were so wrong. They were given to me in cardboard takeaway boxes and wooden cutlery. The sourdough toast were so hard it broke the wooden fork. So it's a no from us and we'll be telling everyone we know not to eat here.....way better off walking over to Cafe On 3 at the Mater Public side and eat with a proper metal knife and fork as well as a damn plate whether it is hard plastic or ceramic plates either is better than a cardboard takeaway box especially for...

If you can get coffee or food elsewhere, highly recommend you do! Staff don't listen when you order so you end up with something else - today I ordered a bacon and egg wrap toasted and ended up with a bacon and egg toastie which is so dry and horrible. This is not the first time they have got my order wrong, if fact it is unusual for them to get it right. Disgusting service from the young lady working today. My two older parents decided to take my very young baby to lunch today, obviously my mother asked if they had a high chair and this girl responded with “no, we’re not a daycare”. The girl then proceeded to make a “baby chino” scolding hot. My father complained to the chef who was thankfully very apologetic. Pathetic service from this girl, if she hates customer service so much she needs to get a new job, not take it out on random strangers....
