I had breakfast on Sunday. The staff were friendly. Gosh the food was shocking. I had the Eggs Benedict with 2 sausages on the side, the eggs were way under cooked, the English muffins were stale and hard, the sausages were over cooked and dry, I tried cutting it, but had no luck so I picked it up and tried to bite it and even using my teeth it was hard to bite through it. The Hollandaise sauce was not bad. For $30 including the two sausages, it was a ripoff. Will not go there and will not recommend it to anyone either

Yes it’s convenient when you stay at the hotel and do not want to walk for 5 minutes but the quality is very poor: the eye fillet was like eating a wet tyre: $33 The pancakes were not good and cold The smash avo were the highlights: it’s basically avo and bread Walk for 5 minutes and you will get a great meal experience: Thai, Vietnamese, Turkish Japanese, French….

The servers and chef were excellent. The chef customized a meal for our toddler and delighted him with storytelling as he watched the meal being prepared. The cappuccino was expertly prepared, and the hostess helped us get the artist name from a song being played on the house radio. Good and atmosphere were top notch. A highlight of our trip to Brisbane!

I'm not too sure what to think about "Otti Cafe". I Had a medical appointment at the Qld Children's Hospital (at 10am) and because of that, my dad and I had to leave home in the early hours of the morning, (3am) as we live far away. Once we got to the QCH and parked our car, we thought we'd go have brekkie somewhere (as we didn't have any yet and had an 1hr spare). I said to my dad "how about the usual? Cafe 63"! (Previous name). So, we agreed & we walked from the QCH to the new named 'Otti Cafe'. We were greeted by friendly staff members and we both ordered/wanted: bacon and eggs with 2x coffees. The lady taking our order recommended 'Eggs Your Way' (scrambled, poached or fried with house made relish, sourdough and BACON). Our coffees were pretty decent & standard. But when our brekkie meals arrived, they were missing some key food items. My dad had his eggs fried while I had mine scrambled, Good/standard, but where was the relish? and the sourdough was stale, but we were hungry so......But most importantly. Where was the BaCoN??? We were both really really annoyed about it but didn't bother asking (and too many jokes) because we knew lunch was going to be filling, not from there, though! And we still paid full price for 1/2 of the things missing! Not...

Went in for takeaway dinner and ordered. Waited 40minutes for my order, asked staff where my order was, they apologised and said they gave my food to other people because it's busy (it was empty when I arrived and others were ordering after me and already receiving their food/my food it seems) I repeatedly questioned where my food was.. whilst my kids were waiting to eat. The staff were trying their best to resolve the matter but faced with an arrogant chef who was very rude and abrupt to the staff members, I confronted the chef who tried his rude demeanour towards me which didn't go down well.. There's no need to post the conversation but it wasn't professional, a huge waste of time and poor experience! Do...

Coffee is great, BUT Food is Awful! The staff here are wonderful and always brighten your day. And the coffee is reasonably priced and consistently good. It’s great that they are open in the evening, although there is a few hours where they’re shut. But the breakfast was so bad, it literally left a bad taste in my mouth, as the meal kept repeating on me. Banana bread was stale and dry and crumbly. But the big breakfast was worse. The ciabatta was basically crisp-bread; there was a mountain of bacon that was over cooked, but barely a tablespoon of their beans. Hash brown was fried to a brown crisp and tasted like old fryer oil. And way overpriced for the size...
