Whoever is running the show now and taken over management should just do us all a favour and give it back. The staff used to be lovely and the atmosphere was really nice. Yes it was a little overpriced but thatâs expected when itâs right next to a hospital. Now whoever has taken over mustâve gotten rid of the whole team and hired a bunch of incompetent new workers who donât know what they are doing. I asked for a hot coffee and when the worker put the order i could see on the screen it said iced i specifically said to the server that i donât want iced i want hot. Surprise surprise they gave me an iced latte. I waited 14 minutes for an iced latte and while waiting someone came upto me and asked if i ordered food (which i did I ordered a wrap) and when i said i havenât gotten it yet i saw him run over and put it in the toaster. Obviously forgotten. Absolutely ridiculous considering i only get a 20 minute break. All of the staff were running around like headless chicken and then some manager guy comes to the front and leans on the glass fridge watching his workers running around busy and this manager guy doesnât lift a finger to help them he just sat there watching. No wonder no one has any training. the best part of all was that I wasnât the only one. Multiple people waiting were all discussing how terribly the store is run now. Will not be returning again there are plenty of other coffee shops near the hospital that actually care like under the clock and the nurses station do yourself a favour...
   Read moreThe worst kind of service from the young Asian lady with black framed glasses. Her attitude is below par. Very very poor the sarcasm and eye rolling was noticed by the group of 8 that went in this morning. None of us will return again out of protest to this attitude from your staff. The food was disgusting coffee bitter and milky. Cobwebs in every corner of the shop filthy windows and floor as well as glass on the food fridge. We all decided to not eat there out of fear of what the kitchen is like if the front is unhygienic!!!!! Alot of sick people and families who are going through a tough time go into your business and the get attitude from a young woman who clearly hates her job and wants people to know about it. From what I read in previous posts. This is an issue that you have still not yet dealt with yet. I will not ever go into another Hudson's as I have seen how your staff treats their customers and the hygiene standards and very very low. Will be doing a Google reviews as well. I hope you understand that I have spoken to a few co workers who laughed at me and said well you are new here. You know now hey. After reading your response s to the negative reviews on google. I expect that I will get the standard reteric you have ready to copy and paste into the response section. Pathetic... Clean...
   Read moreOrdered coffees at 130 took a while to be served as they were to worried about packing up for the day even though they don't close till 2...water spillage on floor was questioned about it was told it's only water it's ok lucky nobody slipped our coffees were getting made then taken over by someone else who proceeded to tell us our 2 flat whites were ready in which we never ordered...we ordered lattes but accepted those as we had already waited over 10 minutes for them and no other orders of coffee after 10mins the water still on floor nobody bothering to clean up....but I really do hope they get out on time...terrible service won't...
