Came here with one of my mates last weekend. The service and welcoming atmosphere was amazing, very lovely and kind staff, the food was pretty quick to come out as well. I ordered 2 sticky pork bowls, a regular sweet chilli chicken boneless, a side of takoyaki and a lychee ice tea. Now I love to eat 🤣 so I spent about $70-80 and I couldn't believe how good the food was. The chicken was super juicy and flavourful and I have to say, I have tried a wide range of korean fried chicken from A LOT of k-restaurants and this place has by far the best sweet chilli chicken!! The sticky pork bowl appealed greatly to my palate by mixing it all together (excluding the green beans). Overall, my experience here was amazing and I would recommend everyone to try out this...

I am glad I found this place. It doesn’t show on google maps as “Korean” under search, rather restaurants. I can’t believe I never came across this place before. Excellent news for those who live on the south side of Brisbane and an excellent alternative to the other existing restaurants. An awesome little kitchen putting out good Korean, and Japanese fusion dishes. The prawn bowl used generous mega sized prawns on rice. The Katsuo (fish flakes) Mayo mix as a topping worked miraculously well - very smart and creative. The service was also excellent with the team being really friendly and accommodating with seating and the family. Having said that, I’ll like to return one day with the adults only...

I was actually surprised by the quality of fried chicken when I tried JMT for the first time. Have heard this place is legit from some Korean blogs (where you can get every info about the world) so I had some trust to try. To be honest I'm not a big fan of bowls here but I am for the chickens. I do recommend one with sweet chili and garlic - typical yangnyum chicken. Well fried, pleasantly crispy, and finishes with slight taste of peanuts - if you have no allergy of it. The place is like pocha (like a Korean place where you can drink and have some food) so it is half outside and half inside environment so the table is...

Wow. Seriously. We were blown away. The pieces of chicken were bigger than expected and boneless so they were extremely filing. The meat noteabley was very juicy and cooked to perfection. The flavour was an explosion of seasoning, sweetness and and heat with the crispiest coating and sticky glaze. The Karage chicken was exceptional. The meat was juicy and tender, the coating crispy, the sauce rich and plentiful with a beautiful Slaw accompaniment. The owner was amazing and incredibly friendly. They've ained 2 regulars tonight. Did I mention it's arguably the best chicken in Brisbane?
