I have lived, I have breathed, and I have experienced joy—but NOTHING, and I mean absolutely nothing, could have prepared me for the sheer, unrelenting euphoria that was my visit to Macca’s Southbank. This was not just a fast-food outing. No, this was a culinary pilgrimage, a transcendent event that will be spoken about for generations to come.
From the moment I stepped foot into the hallowed establishment, I could feel something different in the air. Was it the tantalizing aroma of perfectly golden fries? The gentle hum of an efficient, well-oiled machine serving the masses? Perhaps. But then, I met him. The One. The man, the myth, the legend—Liam Kosmala.
Liam didn’t just take my order. No, no, no. Liam orchestrated my experience. With a voice smoother than a McFlurry on a summer’s day and the precision of an artisan crafting a masterpiece, he turned what could have been a routine visit into a five-star, Michelin-worthy adventure. The way he effortlessly handled my request, his fingers dancing over the register like a maestro at his grand piano—breathtaking.
When my order arrived (and might I say, with an efficiency that would put the Swiss train system to shame), I was greeted with a tray that seemed to glow with divine energy. The Big Mac? A structural marvel. The fries? A golden cascade of crispy perfection. The Coke? A symphony of carbonation that tickled my taste buds with celestial delight. I swear, for a moment, I heard angels sing.
But the real MVP? Liam Kosmala. His customer service skills are not just exceptional; they are revolutionary. He radiates an energy that could power an entire city. His mere presence elevates the entire Southbank Macca’s to an establishment of legend. I’m convinced that NASA needs to study him, for he operates on a level of efficiency and charm that defies the very laws of physics.
Would I return? Let me put it this way—if I were stranded on a deserted island, and I had one chance to be rescued, but the rescue meant never experiencing Macca’s Southbank or Liam Kosmala again… well, folks, I’d be building a hut and embracing island life. Because once you’ve been touched by The Kosmala Experience™, there’s simply no going back.
Macca’s Southbank isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a movement. It’s a spiritual awakening. And at the heart of it all? Liam Kosmala, the unsung hero, the guardian of the golden arches, the beacon of hospitality in a world that so desperately needs it.
Five stars? Not enough. A standing ovation? Insufficient. The only true rating I can give is eternal, undying admiration.
Bravo, Macca’s Southbank. And Liam Kosmala? If there were a Nobel Prize for customer service, it would have...
Read moreOn Monday evening, January 20th, at approximately 6:23 PM, I experienced an unacceptable and concerning incident at your store. While ordering my food, I witnessed a taller male staff member in the preparation area behaving unprofessionally and inappropriately. He was swearing, which could be overlooked, but what followed cannot.
A young female staff member at the front attempted to address his behavior by asking him to “quiet down,” and shockingly, he struck her on the head. Her response was dismissive, likely out of fear or discomfort, but this behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially in the workplace. No one, especially a woman, should have to endure such treatment.
To make matters worse, when I got back to my unit, the food I received was carelessly prepared, appearing mushed together and thrown into the packaging. It was truly disappointing and far below the standard I would expect from McDonald’s.
I did address this matter with the manager and sincerely hope the issue is taken seriously. This behavior reflects poorly on your brand and creates an unsafe environment for both staff and customers. I urge you to take immediate action to address this individual’s behavior, ensure appropriate training is provided, and uphold professional standards in your store.
I am sharing this feedback with the expectation that changes will be made to prevent such incidents from happening...
Read moreI went this McDonald's with somewhat high expectations as it is a rather new establishment. Ordering was easy on the kiosk which I enjoyed, and it also made it less embarrassing to order 15 ketchup as I normally enjoy. The wait time was around two minutes, which was really fast and I give kudos to them for that. However, a manger asked me "do you really need 15 ketchup, or are you doing your grocery shopping?" with a judgemental tone in their voice. This embarrassed me immensely, making my dining experience in the restaurant less enjoyable. The meat on my parties were fresh and the burgers were great, besides my BBQ Bacon Angus not having Bacon, making it just a BBQ Angus. Furthermore, it was also missing a slice of the cheddar cheese, which also disappointed me as this is a premium price range burger. My fries disappointed me also, with no salt, and were a tad cold. Without the mishaps and errors to my order, I would have rated this McDonald's establishment four out of five stars, however, with being put on the spot with embarrassment and missing an ingredient which is in the name of the item, I had to deduct two stars. The fifth star would have gone to cleanliness, however, the floor was a little dirty, and there were not many...
