I can’t believe that today I have to write the complain about my most favorite number 1 bubble tea shop in Brisbane. But what happened today it was really disappointed me. I placed my order with the girl staff which I ordered the drink with taro pearl but unfortunately after I have paid and the girl have put my order in their system, the taro pearl had sold out and they’re able to make the honey pearl instead of taro pearl for me which I understand. It would be happy ending if the guy staff who is the boss or whatever give me 30c cash back as the price between taro pearl and honey pearl are different 30c and yes! the taro pearl is more expensive 30c. The worst thing that happened to me was the guy staff tried to not give me 30c refund back and keep saying it’s just 20c-30c and I asked him if he couldn’t give me the refund can he make the Genmaicha instead as I do loved to drink with the honey pearl more than the one I ordered before. If I knew that the taro pearl was sold out, I would order just a Genmaicha and I don’t think this is my fault! Tbh, I don’t understand what the guy tried to say with me after that as the barrier of language and he was wearing mask which made it’s harder to hear what he said. At the end, when I went to pick up my order. They didn’t make the Genmaicha for me and I asked to get my money back 30c cause the price is actually different and it’s still money which is the normal thing that consumers could ask for. And if you think (I mean the guy) it’s just 30c different so why you mark up the price of taro pearl more expensive. This is what I feel too! when I paid more but why I got the cheaper one :)
However, this is not about the money but it’s about my disappointedly as I do really loved Milksha so much. And you know what! This situation is not the first time happened with me, it used to happen before which is understandable! Last time I remembered the lady staff she was amazing and handle this situation very very good. She just gave me the refund which I didn’t need to ask anything and she also impressed me everytime when I visited as she knows what I usually order. The guy staff you should learn the service mind from her and PLEASE CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE ABOUT JUST 30C DIFFERENT!
Keep up the great work to the Chinese lady staff :) I do love your jobs everytime when...
Read more@milksha_australia really resignated with us through their philosophy of challenging the idea of bubble tea being classified as purely “unhealthy”. ⚡️😮💨
through the incorporation of their premium ingredients, milk, honey pearls (OG specialty at milksha and no joke would rate better than your standard pearls hehe🥵✨) and tea leaves brewed regularly for the best quality and pure ingredients provided to each of their customers 😋🤩.
we really appreciated the kindness shown by the ladies working at the time we visited, despite being busy they took the time with us and explained the key processes that @milksha_australia milksha highly value ✨❤️.
we got to try three of their top ten signature drinks 🧋(listed below). i tell you when the bubble tea touch our lips we were instantly blown away by the amazing flavours that are signature to @milksha_australia 🤯🤤
oh and we were recommended to get half sugar with our drinks to maximise the best taste and kid you not that really enhanced the taste of the milk and honey pearls, which gave it the perfect sweetness levels. shake drink well to get the beautiful mix of flavours
• valrhina 100% cocoa milk 🍫✨: this was delicious. you could really tell by the taste, that they include luxury chocolate. mixed well, each sip was indulgent, rich and definitely addictive.
• earl grey tea latte with honey pearl ☕️🧋: included with an earl grey tea blend the citrus mixed perfectly with the fresh milk. let me keep talking about the honey pearls because wowwww the natural sweetness amongst all the flavours literally went hand in hand. to me it was a cup of joy and definitely my personal favourite!
• genmaicha milk with honey pearls🍵: when we were picking our top three picks, for some reason i was really drawn to try this flavour. this drink is a beautiful blend of Japanese genmai rice and tea leaves. the combo is astounding and gave the most beautiful aroma. hands down @milksha_australia really knows how to pick the perfect flavours and combine them with their honey pearls 🔥🤤

Read moreEmm, There's total 3 drinks I ordered today. Taste is nice. ( Taste worth's a 4.5star⭐⭐⭐💫) However, The online order system really sucks.(not even worth a star😑), so overall I have 2stars.(happy?!); The story is below: They provided a QR code that links to the website to let you order in advance. So, around 12:08, I placed the order online and select to pick up at "14:04~14:18". The order confirmation email was sent at 12:10. I felt exciting to get my drinks at the exact time. Then I can walk back to my parking space easily within the parking time I've paid to stay. So , I finished my mission in city, and went to the shop at 14:03. I show one of the staff at the pick-up counter that I would like to get my order. He took a look and I though he got it. And I stepped back to wait. But, none of the orders were mine between 14:03 -14:14. I was so confusing. So I went to the counter again asking about my order. Then I heard my order number #. But that was obviously another customer's order. It seemed my order was replaced(covered ?) by the system. I had to wait another 10 mintues to have the drinks done at 14:24, I rushed back to my car to prevent staying overtime at the parking. What's more confusing is that the staff needs to check my email invoice from my mobile to see the order I placed.
What is the point to let people order online when you can't find online order in shop's POS System? And have the customer wait longer than expected? To maintain good manner, I wasn't rude at shop. To be honest, the order system and staff didn't take it seriously at first glance are the reason that disappointed me. There's no point to provide people order in advance option if you guys...
