WORST RESTAURANT IN THE ENTIRETY OF BRISBANE. ATTITUDE OF OWNER IS HORRID. NEVER COME HERE. I ordered the beef noodle soup on EASI delievery app, and the soup was nonexistent when it arrived and the noodle was soggy, so I called EASI and expressed this issue and they said the owner of this restaurant refused a refund so I had to speak with the owner personally. When the owner called me his attitude was disgusting, he said to me word from word “what did you expect the quality to be? Obviously when you order online it’s gonna be not as good as it is in person” he continued to insult me for being “stupid” for ordering online and even when I calmly gave advice to package the soup separately next time he rudely refused and told me to “mind my own business”. This issue has nothing to do with EASI platform or the delivery driver, this is completely on the owner of SiXi. The management of this restaurant is a complete mess. There’s only one person handling both orders and seating arrangements. Shockingly, none of the staff, whether it's the person taking orders or the kitchen staff, wear hairnets or hats. We found a black hair in our cold noodles and a white hair in our meat sandwich. Around 1 PM, a man came in for his shift, and he was the only one wearing a hat and was friendly to us. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were neither friendly nor hygienic.
