Would give 0 star’s if I could, I ordered a tuna avocado sushi and when I went to eat it there was a hair about 3cm long. I went back and showed them they apologised and offered me a new one. I was very hungry so I took it, made no scene, no refund, got a new one and left but then I bit into it and seen another strand of here. Absolutely disgusting!! Something off about the fish, couldn't tell what. Customer service was alright though could've been better. I asked for soy sauce and he gave me literally one. Not sure if it was because it was the afternoon (5pm) at next to closing time but didn't appreciate it especially after I asked for soy sauce. The worst customer service! After spending over $20 on sushi it was served in a small paper bag that didn’t even cover the food. Staff then refused to hand over a plastic container claiming we needed to pay and extra $0.30 cents! We won’t be back for this and the overpriced sushi which was nothing special. Better off going to their competitor on the next level in the Center which has good customer service, better prices and doesn’t argue about giving customers a plastic tray (like every other sushi place...
