DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service and extremely rude employees. I came with 4 friends and 2 of us weren't hungry and only wanted rice but we wanted to dine in as our friends were, they then said we can only get the rice as a take away and forced us to sit outside so we couldn't eat with our friends just because we weren't very hungry and didn't want a meal. I am very disappointed as I have came to oceans multiple times and it has never been an issue. This place serves my go-to pre-work meal as the quality here is extremely consistent and super delicious. My usual is the either the Yakiniku beef don or the Teriyaki beef don, which I ordered most recently. Unfortunately, dining here last time I had never encountered as many pieces of fat attached to the meat as I did before which is quite a let down as this place probably does my favourite Japanese rice. I was disappointed to learn that customers are not permitted to dine in when ordering teriyaki rice. After placing our order and finding a table to sit at, we were promptly asked to leave due to a store policy prohibiting dine-in for this particular item.
