I have been a big fan and regular customer of Zambrero in Perth. I've been to leederville, north bridge, Annex shopping mall and Hillary's. Always feel welcomed by friendly happy employees. My loyalty card get stamped cross different franchises. No rejection, received the freebie when hit the 10th one per card, no matter which store I visited. However, on 8th of April late evening, first time visited this store. When asked staff for a stamp and a free 10th time after purchased 2 burritos, I've got rejected because the previous stamps on my card were not from this store, as those Z's are not in RED. Visited the store again on the 12th, served by different staff worked in the evening shift. At the end, they happily accepted my card and I received my free one as per 10th stamp.
