usually I love Gelatissimo's ice cream, but my recent visit left me feeling really uncomfortable, all thanks to the manager, Flo. First off, the store itself was spotless, and the ice cream was delicious as always. But when I approached the counter to ask a simple question about a flavor, Flo’s response was cold and dismissive. I’ve worked in customer service for years, so I understand that people can have bad days, but her attitude was just unacceptable. She seemed irritated by my very presence and gave me one-word answers, barely looking me in the eye. When I tried to ask about a specific allergen in one of the gelato options, she snapped, “It’s all on the website,” and walked away mid-conversation. It didn’t stop there. As I looked around, I noticed her treating the other employees with similar rudeness. She was barking orders at them in a way that was more condescending than constructive. It was uncomfortable to watch, and honestly, I felt bad for the staff. They seemed nervous, and it was clear they didn’t feel empowered to do their job properly with her hovering around, making snarky comments. I really hate to leave negative feedback, but this is something I couldn’t leave unnoticed. but I think Gelatissimo should know that Flo’s attitude is not just affecting customers, it's impacting the team too. I’ll probably come back for the ice cream, but I hope the management team reconsiders Flo's approach to leadership and customer service, and genuinely her overall role, I hope to either see improvement in her attitude or not see her at all. It really ruined an otherwise...

Told me it was gross and offered another serving. I did agree for another serving of the same flavors out of shock, and it was hot. It was busy, and I also didn't want to cause a fuss.
Arriving at the venue, it was very busy with families and friends. Brought a triple scoop for $10.50. There is an additional charge of 60 cents if you choose a deluxe flavor. This is identified by the 2 golden circles on the flavor tab placed in the ice cream. The green apple seemed to be a popular option amongst one family. There is a wide range of custom flavors to choose from. I picked the chocolate chip, sticky date pudding, and flavor italiana rocher. looking at it, the chocolate chips the chips were chopped up fine like glitter sprinkled through the cream with hard chocolate sauce drizzled over the top. The sticky date pudding sounded nice to me being a fan of the pudding with chunks of pudding over the top of the gelato. The third flavor was indulgent italian rocher tasted like Ferrero rocher. Reading the tab, the flavors remained me of the chocolate. Seating is very...
Read moreI asked to go without a single use plastic spoon. The guy said no worries. Then in front of menused one to move the ice cream over to sit on the cone more. Don't see why he couldn't use the sliver spoon he just used to scoop the ice cream out and place it on with. Then threw the plastic spoon into the bin before giving it to me. I asked him if he knew why I asked to go without. He said yes but clearly didn't care. I said if you were going to don't that might as well have given me the spoon. He just shrugged and asked for money. Would definitely pick a different ice cream spot over this...
