On friday night we ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered. After constantly refreshing the order progress with no movement and an hour passing after expected delivery time, no pizzas. No update. I called the store 7 times and no answer, on the 8th call someone answered and told me to cancel my order because they aren’t even cooked yet and “dunno when they will be” . I thought dominos had a policy that if it wasn’t delivered on time it was free, when I questioned this he advised “that’s not how it works, cancel your order online and get your money back”. When I asked if my pizzas would be made he said no. So I advised my husband would pick them up and he was on his way but we’d already paid delivery so would like a refund. He hung up. When my husband got to the store he was asked to pay for the order again. He advised he’d like a refund for the delivery seeing as we picked up. He got someone from “out the back” who then asked for him to pay the order again, after explaining everything the manager I’m assuming was extremely flustered with the refund process and just gave him cash. We understand teenagers need to start somewhere but it would be beneficial for them and the store to have a senior on the floor to guide them and direct them. We waited over 2hrs for our order with no idea of when it would be fulfilled. It was busy and we weren’t the only ones experiencing this service. A strong team leader would offer these kids some direction and have your store running...
Read moreThis place makes terrible pizza and straight up steals your cash. Honestly, worst dominos I've ever had, by far. Pizza was very ordinary. The mustard drizzle was more like a mustard swamp covering the pizza and rendering it inedible. That amount of mustard has got to be an act of sabotage, you couldn't accidentally do this.
Ordered 3x Garlic scrolls that are $5.25 for 4 (as advertised on site) and they delivered 3x single garlic scrolls which is not even a menu item. The delivery driver attempted to help but was overruled. Apparently at this store if you order item multiples, you'll pay for the multiples but they'll only give you less than one of that item. Order 3x pizzas? They might just send you 3 slices and tell you bad luck.
If you want pizza around here I'd probably go to Coolangatta Pizzeria behind dominos, Little cooly pizza pasta bar, Earth 'n' sea pizza, bread and butter at Kirra, Vinnys pizza pasta & ribs on kennedy drive or even grab a mccains pizza from 7-11, coles or woolies. If you absolutely must get dominos (for the garlic scolls) go 4.3km down the street and get Dominos on Minjungbal drive. And just to be clear, it's not about the money with the scrolls, it's having the audacity to tell me I got what I ordered....
Read moreSo disappointed, I had the store manager call me to see if I could come pick up my delivery order because she had just seen it and the delivery driver had just left on three other deliveries, and that they couldn’t send the ebike as it was raining. Which I replied with, unfortunately I don’t have a car and I do not wish to walk in pissing down rain. So she asked if I was happy to wait for an hour for the delivery driver. I told her I was happy to wait the hour, only if she can guarantee me that she will re make my order. (because domino’s just isn’t nice if it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour….) she told me it would be freshly made. Well about 40 mins later the e-bike rider calls me saying he’s out the front at the stairs, so in the end they sent out the poor e-bike rider in pouring rain, I still had to leave my house and walk outside in the rain to get it because the rider didn’t want to walk up the stairs….. AND my food was horribly cold and I knew that it had been the same meal that was cooked 50 mins prior…… not...
