The wife and I were perusing the myriad culinary options that Griffith Street presents after fiiiinally finding a spot to park. (Anyone who has visited Coolangatta, in summer, with a trailer, will understand what I’m talking about..) For those of you who don’t follow, in short, its a pain in the you-know-where🤭
Both the missus and I are picky eaters, generally opting for the milder side of things (unless its a Sizzling Szechuan Beef😉). The abundance of choice in Coolangatta was a bit overwhelming but by some stroke of luck we noticed the sandwich cart at ‘Fresh Garden’. Wow. Wow. Wow.
Funky fit-out, breezy alfresco tables and lovely staff, this is a really well put together little spot. We both ordered the salad sandwich on white which was from every conceivable angle, a 5 star affair.
