Im italian and being brought up food is no1..quality, perfection, cost wise also should meet expertise quality and customer service and surely I hope you know how to make pizzas. My pizza i ordered from your Uber service came in 1,1/2hrs.. I got my garlic cheese pizza, who ate the other half, and omg so much oil??, my capricossa well what can i say, im not impressed at all and it came delivered cold, stale, uneatable. Pizzas are not meant to be eaten as toast. Im visiting Melbourne high expectations I did not recieve. We italians are not from here would not except this. Everything about my experience was bad, and I’d give it 0 stars if possible. On ubereats, the restaurant has made it possibly to modify a chicken parma, but not the eggplant. So I had to call the restaurant once I’d ordered, and ask for my modification. They were completely confused and it took about ten minutes for them to find my order — without an apology. I received my order and it was… negligible. The serving was smaller than the size of my palm, despite being $30. The chips were stone cold. I called the restaurant and they didn’t answer, so I messaged them and they didn’t respond.
