First ⭐ they are always open, consistency is key I'm a restaurant business, their food, the service and times open and close. You know a restaurant is going downhill when they are meant to be open and they're not. This "open until late" sign on the door is a restaurant too lazy to be consistent.
Second ⭐ menu choice is huge, most Westerners order the same food, but this place caters for the Chinese so you know it's good.
Third ⭐ they have upstairs and downstairs, groups of 10 at the round tables upstairs can do more. You never really have to wait long.
Fourth ⭐ very friendly staff, they even have a nice bar next door you can have a drink and order they will bring from next door. Very fast service no muching about.
Fifth ⭐ price is fair and the food is great, large quantities, so you are guaranteed to be full, when you leave, try the Singapore style crab 🦀

So much potential here for future...

Pretty fun though for Perth, with new Timezone nearby it was...
