The bottomless brunch was rubbish, which is a real shame as we were so excited, usually they have such good vibes. Unfortunately it was very slow service, when youâve paid for 2 hours of drinking itâs a bit annoying having to wait 20-25minutes to get a drink, and they were not very busy. We never got a menu for the drinks they just told us 3 margaritas we could have, which seems odd like wouldnât you just print some menus out for a bottomless. The drinks were taking so long that after we got our second drinks, we asked could we order the same again as by the time we would have finished this drink the next one will be ready, the waitress was so rude and said âyou canât legally order another drink within 5 minutes of getting a drink itâs against the lawâ which doesnât make sense (ive worked in bars for years and this is not a law with RSAs) and we just said âoh no worries we just wanted to order another now as itâs taking a long time for the drinks to come so we thought if we ordered now then it would come out by the time weâre finished on this oneâ the waitress then rolled her eyes and said âyeah right okâ and walked off and then from that moment on that particular waitress was extremely rude, she was ignoring us and wouldnât ask for our order again (we ended up going up to the bar- which is fine but the bottomless here they said they will come to serve us) , I asked for a spicy marg and got a regular one when I asked â oh sorry is this spicy? â and she turned around and says âthatâs what you orderedâ and walked off, when I went to the bar and they confirmed it wasnât and they made me a new one. The waitress was intentionally being nasty and it made us feel so uncomfortable we ended up leaving early. I understand difficult customers but we were trying to be nice when we were asking her things and we were apologising, yet she create a very unwelcoming environment , and then we saw her being so kind to the other customers. This waitress was a young woman with brunette hair in a pony tail and glasses. Also the margs were not very consistent, some were made perfectly whilst others the measurements were definitely off, some were overly sweet whilst others were super sour and the spicy ones- some were spicy, some had no flavour at all. I totally understand the bottomless is still new and maybe the venue is getting into the swing of it still, but the waitress and how she treated us was horrible. I definitely recommend trying some of the other bottomless brunches around Perth and just go to cabilitos for a marg...
Read moreThe staff here really needs improvement. On Saturday the 5/04/2025 when we first arrived, the man at the front letting guests in was completely disorganised. He was more focused on allowing people who "knew him" to cut to the front of the line, completely disregarding those who had been waiting patiently. Inside, things only got worse. There was a woman (a larger lady with short hair) who seemed to be abusing her authority as a security guard. One of my friends, who was sober, was in the bathroom when this woman came in, almost kicking the door down while screaming at the top of her lungs. She assumed there were two people in the stall (there werenât). When my friend came out and politely asked her to calm down, the security guard aggressively screamed in her face, telling her to "drop her attitude and get out of her bar." My friend tried to explain that she hadnât done anything wrong, but the security guard escalated things by physically pushing her. We had been waiting in line for over an hour, only to be unfairly kicked out just minutes after arriving. It was extremely frustrating, as it felt like any attempt to address the situation would be dismissed, especially with the staff siding with the security guard without question. Overall, itâs clear that there are serious issues with both the management and staff here. I would not recommend this place, as it was an unpleasant and horrible experience from...
Read moreWe visited Caballitos for the Endless Tacos deal after seeing it featured on Perth is OK. The entry vibe was great, the atmosphere is fun, colourful, and clearly designed more as a bar than a restaurant. Seating was cute, though we were placed at a tiny table despite the venue being fairly empty. It worked out fine, but something to note. The staff were friendly, attentive, and the drinks were fantastic, definitely a highlight. Service was smooth and we didnât feel rushed even with the 60-minute all-you-can-eat format. As for the tacos⊠unfortunately, they were quite underwhelming. We managed two rounds within the hour (which was plenty), but the tacos themselves lacked flavour and felt a bit bland. They were served in bamboo trays, which is environmentally thoughtful, something I appreciate â though the bamboo had a noticeable scent that might bothersome. While I love the concept and appreciate the barâs vibe and service, I wouldnât recommend going specifically for the food. Itâs a fun place for drinks and atmosphere, but the taco deal didnât live up to the hype we saw online. It also makes me wonder whether recommendation sites like Perth is OK actually review venues first-hand or if some...
