I ordered a yogurt drink and was really disappointed with what I got. The ice wasn’t properly blended, instead of a smooth texture, it had chunky pieces of ice floating in it. The drink itself was extremely watery and had almost no flavor. I had asked for standard recommended sugar, but it only had a faint sour taste. I went back to the store to ask if something could be done. When I walked in, one of the staff members wasn’t even wearing an apron and was just chatting casually with another employee. I explained the situation and mentioned that the drink tasted weird, possibly spoiled, and asked if I could get a replacement or if they could check it. Instead of taking it seriously, the staff member tasted a bit of the passionfruit syrup and just told me it wasn’t spoiled. That was it. No apology, no effort to help, and no concern about my experience. I felt completely dismissed. I left feeling frustrated and ignored. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just some basic customer service and respect. Unfortunately, I didn’t get either. Definitely won’t be coming back.
After reading the store’s reply, I just have one question, is the “blended ice” in your Probiotic Series supposed to be like this? I have ordered your ice-blended drinks before and they never contained so many small ice chunks. However, the drink I got this time was full of small ice pieces, making the texture completely different from my past experiences at your store. If this is your standard preparation, it’s disappointing, and if it’s not, then something clearly went wrong...
Read moreUpdate (18/7/25 @ 23:39): sad to see the reply from Yogost really - because none of them are true. First, we have sent the video through text message right after our phone call - see new photo - and they never reply. Second, we have not received any of the information they claimed they have provided, no CCTV footage, no ingredient list, nothing (which they offered to send to us, we didn’t ask for them). Third, if laughing on the phone and said “how do I know if you didn’t filter out the purple rice before you took the video” is being respectful, I truly feel sorry for their seniors for bringing them up this way.
We never asked for a refund but simply wanted to know why this issue keeps happening, and what can we do to make sure they will get our order right in the future… well now there is no need for that

Their drinks taste is nice, BUT always mess up online orders and poor customer service. We always pay for extra ingredients, which they consistently miss one or 2 every time. We finally decided to call them after missing our orders FIVE times in a roll - just to voice our frustration and to ask why - but the staff were accusing us of filtering out the ingredients…. We even sent them video of the drink and it’s still full… What a shame… (see the video, that’s “extra” purple rice - 70g of them according...

So I asked the staff if I can get a new cup (not new drink) as my cup was leaked. They took my drink and later on the staff came back to us n said they can't replace the cup and they throw our drink away. I'm left with speechless. I mean, if they can't give us a new cup(not new drink) , then why did they throw away our drink that we already paid? At least, give us back our drink if they can't. So, we left with bitter feeling and no drink at all. First bad experience. Plus, not many people there n we waited so...
