Sushi Hub William Street — Restaurant in Perth

I used to come here all the time and get both dine in and takeaway food. On Saturday night, I visited with both my partner and his friend to get takeout. I specified that my partner and I would be getting food in the same containers and paying together as we like to share. There were two ladies serving us and I just assumed that the lady speaking to my partner was the one serving me as well and the other lady was serving our friend. She loudly and rudely exclaimed, “I’M THE ONE SERVING YOU.” And proceeded to roll her eyes and walk over to the cash register even though I wasn’t done ordering. I followed to the cash register and informed that I’d be paying for my partner’s food as well and she once again refused to speak to me and rolled her eyes - again. My partner wasn’t done ordering either and the other lady just packed it up and put it on the counter. My partner once again asked for two more rolls of the sushi he was ordering and the rude(r) lady roughly unpacked the container and shoved it in there. I specified that I was paying on card, sat at the front part and ate. Another customer afterwards walked in and was allowed to sit and dine in at the sushi train whereas we were told we weren’t allowed to dine in at the sushi train before we ordered the takeout. I work both retail and hospitality myself and never have I encountered such appalling service. I won’t be returning ever again despite the fact that it used to be my favourite sushi...

Flora - The name of the personnel who served us at the counter. Man, rushed us by saying "anything else?" after every item we wanted - mechanically, like a robot. Felt very uncomfortable and rushed and didn't even order everything we wanted.

The management needs to take a look into how their staff is trained to service the customers and figure out if this is the expected behaviour of their service personnel. Will be speaking to someone about this if there is someone from management around. I hope it gets sorted as this is not something that happens everyday we come here.

Otherwise, the food was actually great. Its behaviour like this that ruins...
