KFC William Street — Restaurant in Perth

Upon entering, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of their signature fried chicken, which instantly whetted my appetite. The modern and clean interior provided a comfortable dining space, perfect for enjoying a quick meal or catching up with friends. The ordering process was efficient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Now, onto the main attraction—the food. I opted for the classic KFC bucket, a nostalgic choice reminiscent of childhood family gatherings. The chicken was delightfully crispy on the outside, revealing tender and juicy meat inside. The secret blend of herbs and spices lived up to its reputation, creating a delicious harmony of flavors with every bite.

homeless people asking for money out the front I came and ordered a $14.99 zinger box Deal and I proceeded to walk to the bus station (from kfc) because I had to catch my bus. When I went to eat it before entering the bus station I found out they didn’t give me my coleslaw…. and they shorted me on my chicken wings. I only got two I paid for three chicken wings ( AND THEY WERENT EVEN WINGS 😢) and I paid for my coleslaw. Where did it go, that’s my question….. like what the hell i love KFC and hate to give this review but i have to after today. 🤙 Feel free to ask me any questions :)

FOR KFC EMPLOYEES: around 1:30-40 i got my food rather quiet disappointing as i had been working since 6 am like 🤷‍♂️ seems like a waste of my money if i’m gonna get scammed out of what i paid for haha 😂 (video is after i ate some chips and the first “chicken wing” aka tender 😭 u can tell so easily) never got my coleslaw 😔 i was really keen as i haven’t had it in 4 months my gf wasn’t impressed either about it

KFC has a problem!

I believe Collins Foods Ltd. should close 92-94 William Street, Perth, WA, 6000, Australia, and start again clean and fresh, with proper management, not with rude young teenagers posing as managers. You have a bunch of disrespectful workers who try to intimidate customers!!! How is that possible??? I suggest who felt disrespected in that place write a proper complaint to KFC Australia, Collins Foods Ltd. Also, KFC USA headquarters. KFC has a problem! (at least in 92-94 William Street, Perth, WA, 6000, Australia). The place is gross, the floor is dirty and dark, and it takes ages to get a piece of greasy chicken and a smashed paper box with cold and greasy fries. The eating area is a pig-style mess, plus the staff working there does not clean it! Customers need to clean the tables! I've seen a physical altercation between a customer and a KFC staff in the eating area! Is that acceptable?
