The Mog ChampThe Mog Champ
The Mog Champ sends his regards. Recently came here to eat for a friend's bday. We had the all you can eat burger buffet which was very satisfying! Had a bit of pizza, wings, loaded friends and a Honolulu burger to myself. It came with the unlimited drinks too which I found rare as not many businesses seem to do that! (for good reason of course) Service was very fast with friendly staff. A clean interior overall and the food was great! Thanks for the dinner Burgers With Bite! Hope many customers come visit you guys soon! Mogliest Regards, Your Mog Champ

Had “Dinner” here last night. Unfortunately I ordered the chicken schnitzel, a huge mistake! Look the beef burgers and chips looked fairly decent, but the chicken burger patties are the pre brought frozen kind. Really rubbery nasty stuff, and that is what I was served as a schnitzel. Huge portion of chips, tiny salad, and I had asked for just salad. That I don’t care as much about, but to try and sting someone 22.90 for a small, thin rubber puck is a bit harsh. Do better!

THE ALL YOU CAN EAT IS SO MUCH FUN. Wings, burgers, beers, wine, pizza, fries, loaded fries… it was quite a feast for $60 per head. The owner Dave is such a lovely guy, loves his food and loves his customers even more. Easy going, relaxed vibe in store. A great place to dig into food before a game at ANZ

Firstly, I want to say that I hope this restaurant can stay in business for a long time and become better and better with time. But I have some serious conplaints regarding the service right now.

I have only been there successfully (you will know what i mean later) for 3 times, but the waiter and waitress got my order wrong for 2 times. First time they got my name wrong. As I was the only one there waiting for a take away, I asked to check the food if the food is what I order it will prove it was my order. But the waiter just rudely ignored me and put my food to the back of the counter and just left. Like nothing happened. I have to ask others to let me check the food for me and finally got my food. The second time I wanted to dine in. I brought my friends there. It says it will stay open until 9pm on Google Maps. But when I arrived there @7:30 pm they were already closing up and only take take away orders. We were not super happy about it but we all understand they want to prepare for closing up earlier. We are all working class people, we can relate. We ordered four burgers and two chips asked them to divide them into two bags, two burgers in each bag. Only after I got home I found out there was only one burger in my bag. I drive back immediately and arrived @8:17 only to find out that they have already closed. The burger and the chips were all cold and I had nothing to eat for dinner because that is my partner's burger. Earlier in the store during waiting I talked to a waitress and confirmed they open from 14:00 to 21:00.

Also we have tried to be there for dinner several times before. All around 8pm. (I admit it was a little late considering they close at 9) They were always closed. I understand the staff want to go home earlier and maybe there are not too many customers around that time everyday. It makes no sense to open till 9pm. But as long as you have stated that as your opening time. You should open to 9pm. No one is forcing you, if you want to close earlier that is fine. But please at least keep the opening time information correct. People depend on that to make plans.

The food is amazing but the service totally ruined it. There are not many good restaurants in Olympic Park. If the service improves in this place it has the potential to be one of them. Please be better so that in the future I can still have some options when I...

Particularly bad. The person taking our order was aware of the rueben not being availabke but returned to us 2 times to inform us about the other items that were also unavailable. We were bullied into a cheeseburger that was $1 cheaper than what we had already paid for but had to ask for the difference on the way out.

I ordered the burger special which was a double stack with bacon etc, only to find out its just the same burger on the burger menu just $2 more expensive as a special.

Burgers were dry and slapped together. Fries were oily. Vibe was lame, empty but the big screen was on, but with nothing playing.

Our baby crushed the kids avocado toast. Mainly just the avo. So these guys are basically really...

Great cocktails. Woeful service. Staff need to learn how to communicate. instead of explaining to us that the bar tender was away and our drinks were going to be a wait (which would have been fine) the lady on the counter made us wait for 20 minutes while she stood behind a coffee machine doing nothing. Didn’t offer us any water or anything. When I came up to ask about the drinks she still couldn’t just explain the fact that she obviously did not have an RSA and that she needed to wait for the bar tender. Went next door for food at the Japanese restaurant after our awesome espresso martini’s. Thank you for...
