My husband and I had breakfast here this morning. We occasionally in the area and usually go out of our way to go to the Coffee Club over other nearby cafes because they've been so good in the past. But something is not right lately. The staff weren't overly courteous. We walked and sat down without being greeted. We ordered off the QR code on the table. The coffees were lovely as they always are, but something as simple as eggs on toast was terrible. There were not many people there, maybe two other tables. The food took a very long time to come to the table. I had ordered poached eggs on toast with an extra side of spinach. It looked limp and not very appetising. The eggs were cold, I asked for the spinach to be cooked which was also stone cold, and I had one piece of white toast that had been buttered and cut into two triangles. The toast was not toasted. On the underside it was white and completely cold. It had barely been in the toaster.

My husband, as it was mother's day was very disappointed as he wanted to take me out for a nice coffee and breakfast as we had to go to work soon. He returned my meal, there was no waitress around, or paying attention,, he had to go up to thr counter and kitchen himself. We asked for the toast to be redone, and a second slice of toast added, and for the toast not to be buttered, and butter to be served on the side. She said okay not s problem.

We waited a long time. My husband had finished his meal in that time, and now we were still waiting for mine. When the waitress returned she placed on the plate on the table, the toast had been buttered and cut into two triangles, there was still only one piece of toast. Again, it was stone cold.it was still barely toasted. I questioned this and the waitress became uncomfortable. I asked for a second piece f toast. If I have two eggs, I'd like two pieces of toast. She said I would have to pay extra for a second piece of toast. I asked how much? She didn't know. I asked for the toast to be cooked properly and not be buttered. She took the plate away and returned to the kitchen. This is when I saw the time, and said we have to go. We had to get to work We don't have time for this, I don't like eating stone cold toast and eggs, so requested a refund. Which was issued. The Waitress was very uncomfortable yet completely unapologetic. It was a...

Particularly bad. They were out of several items including the rueben, the tuna melt and the sliders. The person taking our order was aware of the rueben but returned to us 2 times to inform us about the other items. We were bullied into a cheeseburger that was $1 cheaper than what we had already paid for but had to ask for the difference on the way out.

I ordered the burger special which was a double stack with bacon etc, only to find out it was just the same burger on the burger menu just $2 more expensive as a special.

Burgers were dry and slapped together. Fries were oily. Vibe was lame, empty but the big screen was on, but with nothing playing.

Our baby crushed the kids avocado toast. Mainly just the avo. So these guys are basically really...

We were here this morning for breakfast around 8 am, ordered chia mango breakfast bowl and 2 small coffees. We had 1 small coffee on my phone app showing as complimentary but the checkout Barista didn't know how to put it through and so charged us the whole amount around $26. We paid it and waited at a table to be served, they bring the chia bowl first but forgot the 2 coffees altogether and serving everyone who came after us. We had to remind her about our coffees after 25 min or so as we were getting late for work. She then says sorry she forgot all about our coffees!!!!!! Bloody awful customer service and awful coffees too. Would never recommend this place to anyone, slack and shocking customer...

One of the few rare cafes around our area that has classic omelettes! Service was delightful, even though it was extremely busy and full when we visited on a Saturday morning. Locals clearly adore this place, we saw both young and old around. Not taking away any stars for this, but I wouldn't say it was particularly child friendly though, we didn't see any high chairs. The inside is quite cramped, and outdoor seating is right next to the main road with no barrier so not very safe for kids to run away. Free parking is almost non existent in Olympic Park even on weekends so if you're driving be prepared to pay $4/hr for parking. Overall, we really enjoyed this place, would recommend!

Ordered a coffee and hot chocolate and 1 bacon and egg roll and 1 brekkie burger. Not too bad except for the brekkie burger. Order without sauce. It came with hash brown, running egg (as per my request) and bacon. They forgot the to put the tomato relish and spinach. Asked the kind young lady if it can be added, and so she went to the kitchen. I opened the brekkie burger, the egg was thoroughly cooked (prob put it bag on the burner), then I got literally two pieces of spinach leaves 🤣. Did I return it again for the 2nd time? Nope. Should have been attended the first time I returned it. $17, couldn't even get a decent amount of spinach 😅

Terrific service and friendly staff. Even though it was a very busy morning and the staff were under the pump to server incoming customers and still get orders out to waiting people, they were still willing to assist and help take orders and answer questions from non-locals. Most of all, the Egg and Bacon Breakfast burger was amazing!! And very generous with both the egg and bacon quantity. No wonder they were running out of food and were having to turn some customers wanting food orders away. Quote of the day - "You CrossFit people eat a lot of bacon!"
