Jamaica Blue — Restaurant in Sydney

Today I went to have a coffee for morning tea but in my surprised that I got a free cake as it was a birthday day treat for me so I ordered a coffee large an oat latte weak and a filo pastry with Mexican flavour pastry I gave him $20 and he gave .50 cent change so while waiting i keep looking around and a read in the tablet it says "HAPPY BIRTHDAY COFFEE AND CAKE IS TO US" and then I heard my name latte for Maria and I took my coffee and waited for the food I ordered then he called me and gave the pastry and I ask the guy how much is the pastry he said its $13.50 and I said i gave you $20 I got change of .50cent and what is this add here that coffee and cake is free and he said "oh no its not only cake I dobt know why its saying that and he just turned around to me and I said ok thats absurd why you put sign wide and clear and the staff doesn't even know nothing at all I just leave the place in my mind they should not put sign and just let customer pay for the pastry its too expensive $13.50 for a small not even nice next time Il picture it for everyone to see.
