I love re wrap but I don’t recommend this location. Compared to other Le wraps these wraps are empty and I always have to ask for more salad because otherwise it’s mainly chicken. Usually they do this with no problems but management wasn’t in today (they know me well as I have been coming years and I buy every week, sometimes multiple times a week) and I had a new girl.
She refused to understand that I was being charged an additional $4 per wrap ($2 on sauce and $2 on the salad) and first started saying the salad was $2 extra then changed it to $3 and then the extras to make up the $12 difference were in the surcharge.
The surcharge is $0.58 and the wraps are $14.90 each. I even calculated it in front of her but she was saying “if you want to understand” and to the other girl “let her complain”. I recommend re training the girl that was there as she attacks you straight away without listening and says “let her complain” to her colleague in front of my face and says things like “if you want to listen” when all I wanted to do was tell her and let her understand.
But in her mind I was being a difficult customer lol. I was talking politely. Her dismissiveness and not wanting to understand basic maths is a poor reflection on the family that actually runs the place.
Added photos of the receipt as proof and the wrap to show that it did not in fact have extra salad and the sauce wasn’t extra at all and actually less than normal. She kept saying it was and I just laughed saying that I have been buying these years from multiple locations and showed her my wrap but she didn’t really want to listen to anything I said asides they had a price increase and a lot of people were complaining.

Read moreHonestly I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews, however as a daily buyer for over 10 years at this place the poor customer service can not be tolerated anymore.
The same lady who serves me every time is extremely rude, she charges extra for sauces when other people don’t, she never smiles and is very unwelcoming.
I have left this place multiple times and she has not even put cutlery in my bag, how are you meant to eat chicken and rice with no fork?
It’s gotten to the point with just dealing with this one lady has made me not want to return which is unfortunate as this food is amazing.
It’s not hard to show a bit of customer service and coming from a position where we emphasise on customer experience this is definitely not a pleasant one.
Until this customer service is fixed you have lost a long term daily customer.
UPDATE: Came back today, and again another bad customer service experience.
Last time I came I ordered a protein pack, and wanted to add chips and a drink the person who was serving me on the day a polite young male said to “make it a meal” as it would be cheaper.
Today I return to order the same thing, I ask for a meal, and the lady says that she can’t make it a meal with the protein bowl? I then advised her last time it was offered to me as a meal but she refused to add it, she is telling me that they must be added seperate,??? on all advertising provided please see attached there are no terms and conditions advising that you can not add it to a meal? Why is it one day a meal and one day not? Why are staff not on the same page and different rules apply on different days?

Read moreI bought a classic chicken wrap from here recently ( a few weeks ago) and after I ate that wrap I developed food poisoning symptoms and I was very sick. It was definitely the wrap as it's not a coincidence that I ate the wrap and then was sick where I wasn't sick before I ate that wrap. I don't recommend eating here , avoid at all costs unless you would like food poisoning , it was absolutely horrible.
I can see that someone else has also left feedback saying that they also got food poisoning from here so it's clearly not just me as 2 different people saying the exact same thing isn't a coincidence as why would 2 completely random people who don't even know each other both say that they got food poisoning from the exact same place ? they WOULDN'T !
The fact that the business wrote a comment back to that other person trying to justify the food poisoning as well is disgusting. Saying that " Please note that food poisoning generally takes about 6-8 hours to take effect" to try to justify it isn't correct because food poisoning can actually occur from as little time as 30 minutes after consuming the food and also everyone's body is different and peoples bodies will react at different times therefore , to state that it will definitely take 6-8 hours for food poisoning to have an effect on you isn't completely true or accurate as this can vary between people.
It's clear that the food safety standards are not being followed here at all.
