I visited Zeus Fast Food Restaurant expecting a quick bite, but unfortunately, the service was anything but fast. I ordered two small fries, which should have been a simple and quick order, but I ended up waiting 25 minutes—unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.
Food & Quality:
When the fries finally arrived, they were decent but nothing special. They were warm but not fresh enough to justify the long wait. If it takes that long to serve something as basic as fries, I can only imagine how long more complex orders take.
Service:
This was the biggest disappointment. Fast food is supposed to be fast, but waiting almost half an hour for fries is ridiculous. There was no clear communication from the staff about why it was taking so long, and no apology or attempt to make up for the delay.
Overall Experience:
Based on this visit, I wouldn’t rush back to Zeus Fast Food. Good food can’t make up for slow service, especially when it defeats the purpose of fast food. Unless they fix their speed and customer service, I wouldn’t...
Read moreOrdered a mini wrap meal for $12.50. Was busy at lunch at Pitt Street Westfield so there was a little wait for the food but staff were working hard to keep up with orders. A lot of orders were for delivery services too.
Wrap was beautifully presented, not just slapped together. Great size even for a mini wrap. Chicken was tasty and generous. Small chips portion was very decent. Chippies were crispy. Herb salt was nice but because the rock salt is so coarse not much of it sticks to the chips. This was remedied by an emergency table salt sachet in my purse. Drink was 390ml bottle of soft drink.
I think you will be hard pressed to get this sort of value in a combo meal for the quality and portion offered (see recent review for Shareefs). I was quite full at the end.
Minus 1 star for what seems excessive packaging. Big cardboard box for wrap which already had paper around it. Huge paper bag for food for just 1 person. Wish they had trays or...

This restaurant gets super busy at lunchtime, so I may have to give it another assessment during a quieter time. The service appeared quite unremarkable and the staff appeared less than friendly.
The spartan bowl is priced at a higher price point relative to other quick service meals. I ordered the plant based chicken, which in my humble opinion, needs work by the restaurant. Having tried nearly all plant based options out there, Zeus Street Greek would do itself no harm by looking for a better alternative option for this. The chips were slightly soggy, but I think this is in part caused by the lids being placed on hot meals, hence trapping steam inside. I'd advise the restaurant against doing this for people who are clearly eating within the foodcourt.
The halloumi chips are simply fantastic, I really...
