Basilica Open Kitchen — Restaurant in Western Australia

Yesterday I ordered an almond cappuccino. Took it up to my office and took the lid off as I always do to find it was filled to the brim with just coffee and milk, the remnants of froth and chocolate on the lid. This is not a cappuccino. I have tried this café multiple times when busy and when quiet and the coffee is always disappointing. As a barista of 10 years I’m highly disappointed with the service and the product. Very dissapointed by the service. Fount the front counter staff to be cold and unwelcoming. A simple smile and a hello would be great. What I got was 'What can I get you?' with a monotone. Food was delivered to my table. Dropped on the table while looking away. Again no disengagement. Might as well be served by robots. The cutlery caddy on my table lacked any utensils, napkins and was missing the salt. The server didn't ensure if I had cutlery to eat with.

the girls behind the counter are very rude (was Friday 20th of January- around 11am- so you will know who I am talking about) - the way she behaves is like we are begging her to give us a coffee while we pay top dollar at this place and wait so long- can you believe an average quality croissant costs $8 at this place!!! coffee is also so milky... no surprise every time I pass by... there are less and less people...
