I don't usually leave bad reviews as I prefer to praise excellent places instead, for going an extra mile. Unfortunately I must review this restaurant as I never had such a bad experience (and I've been to many countries in Europe/Asia/Usa). The food was not my taste, but that's OK. The atmosphere was cheap and music too loud, but that's OK. However, when the casual drunk guy who had been sleeping head down on their counter turned around and vomited on our coats and sweaters, that was too much. Too bad they let him sleep there for hours and then didn't absolutely care to help their customers, offer a discount, or even come up and try to help when I had to clean my coat and literally move by myself to a different table with the dirty stuff, leaving my kids and family behind. I obviously hadn't finished eating nor did my kids. On the opposite, they were quite keen to get paid in full and send us home. Such a disrespectful and inexistent customer service, we are so disappointed as this was our only night in Graz as part of a road trip. Very low quality...

They are very confusing and have not prepared the staff for the services. You have to order everything with a QR code, but it doesn't work properly or let you know that the kitchen is closed! You order one thing, they send you three, or they just keep bringing you things you never ordered.
The waitress had an accident spilling two beers on our friend. He got completely wet! Although everyone in the place saw it, no one from the management came to apologise for the accident.
A so-called manager (a black-haired woman) approached us very unfriendly to complain about our orders. When we tried to explain, she overreacted by saying: please answer my questions!!
Worst of all, the waitress left the restaurant crying. She was the only one who had come up to our friend so many times to apologise for the...
Read moreWe were very disappointed with the personell! We wanted to enjoy the music in the cellar as a group of people at around 23:00 when suddenly two of our friends (both male) were told to stay outside. We were told that they were too loud outside which is not a valid reason as we were all talking/laughing in the same volume outside. Once we told him exactly that he simply ignored us and stressed once again in a very unfriendly tone that everyone could enter except for those two, which we thought was discriminating and not justified. Of course we did not enter as we went out as a group. In the end it was their loss but it also...
