Bad service. I saw they got nice reviews. So I decided to visit. The first day I went there a bit after 8pm. The kitchen was closed. So I came back with excitement on the second day.

However things went downhill right after someone got me to a table and gave me the menu. Because they just ignored me there for like 20 minutes. No one came to me for order or even give me a glass of water or even talk to me. Just left me there for literally 20 minutes. A waiter served a table next to me very attentively. At least during the 20 minutes when I was sitting there. He took away their dirty dishes and asked them what to drink after dinner and brought them wine. He also served other tables. Maybe he was not responsible for my table, he could have told someone that I was left alone there for 20 minutes after he noticed that I was left behind and it was quite embarrassing. And I am pretty sure another waitress also saw me since we had eye contact. But she did not come to me either. What really made upset was that after i sat there for 20 minutes, another couple came and they immediately got serviced. It’s a rainy day and it was 5:30pm. The restaurant was not busy at all. I am not sure why i got ignored at my table for 20 minutes. Because I was the only Asian and everyone...

Specialty pork steak was bland. Nothing like a decent beef steak. The service just "was there" so when I left a euro and change for tips the "sweet" lady stopped talking to me and shove the card machine in my face :) she didn't utter a chirp during 1 minute payment interaction, took the tip, turned around and silently left. No "thanks" no "bye" no "was everything alright?"...

If you folks want to adopt the US model and get Up to 20% of bill as tips, prepare to change the attitude. It's not my fault you're serving tables. Maybe greet you guests at least... We stumbled across this Italian restaurant while exploring Salzburg and were absolutely blown away. The star of the night was the truffle pasta — rich, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavour. Every bite was indulgent without being overwhelming.

To drink, I had a cold Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse, which paired beautifully with the dish — smooth, crisp, and refreshing. My wife had the house Chardonnay, which was light, well-balanced, and complemented the pasta perfectly. Both drinks elevated the meal without overshadowing it.

The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere had that cozy yet refined charm that made the whole evening feel special.
