Superstanza — Restaurant in Salzburg

I hate to have to review a place for its service and not the food, but here we are. Turns out an advanced online reservation will not get you an outdoor table despite availability. We arrived 5 mins in advance of our reservation, and saw an open table, and were told they would only give us a space indoors on a beautiful summer day because we didn’t “call”. When we chose to leave instead, the supervisor (or such) turned around immediately to offer our table to someone whom seems to know and had his arm around! The waiter had an “uh, oh - busted” kind of expression when we saw it all happen. We’ll be sure to let our friends know that this spot can be happily forgotten for better ones!

Edit: Based on the response, looks like-non-German speakers will need to translate the website to make sure they note the fine print for terrace reservations and have a cellphone plan that allows you to call the restaurant to get a table. The fact that the staff didn’t even try to accommodate our request with a suggestion that we wait, or try to stop us from choosing a different spot despite holding some kind of reservation did not appear...

It was the first time, I went to Superstanza for dinner. Ordered Limoncello and Parmigiana. Although the drinks and food were good the whole taste, the vibe, and the time was spoiled by the unprofessional waitress(short hair). She’s the most ill-mannered waitress I have seen in a while. She was literally throwing the food on our table, and asking us ‘If you want something else to drink or not?’ I mean wtf?! It’s rare to find people with this shitty behavior and Superstanza managed to find one lol. I AM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER, that was the FIRST and the LAST time. The place looks amazing, very atmospheric with dim lights. The food was tasty and nice big variety of drinks. I wanted to come back but to be honest, the service left us with a bitter taste in the end. There were about 6 waiters and they kept interrupting us literally every 2 minutes in rotation, asking if we want something else. I saw the headwaiter pointing at our table sending them over. It was laugable. We even asked if they need the table, because we would have just moved to the bar then. One of the waiters said they don't need it at the moment, but when they do, they can give us a table at the bar area. 2 minutes later comes the headwaiter and explains that if we are not consuming enough we would be encouraged to leave.
