⭐ 1/5 – Worst Service Experience in Europe We visited this Korean restaurant in Vienna on 10th August around 3 PM, and it turned out to be the worst dining experience of our entire Europe trip. ❌ RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF The Korean waitress had no expression, didn’t say hello, just pointed at a seat without a word. When we ordered BBQ, another waitress was polite, but the same rude waitress came over to give strict warnings: “Don’t touch the gas stove heat.” “Cook pork before beef,” with no explanation why. Ironically, she didn't even turn on the stove herself at the beginning. Without saying anything, she removed one of our chairs, which just had our personal belongings on it. Later, she yelled at us, accusing us of touching the stove. When I said we didn’t, she changed her tone, saying: “Just listen to me, I was just telling you not to touch.” Then walked away without explanation. 👀 WE FELT WATCHED, NOT SERVED She never helped with service, never checked on us, but kept staring at our table every time she passed by — as if we were being monitored, not welcomed. 💬 RUDE BILL CHECK At the end, she was the one checking our bill. I asked what one of the items was, and instead of explaining, she looked at our table and claimed something was missing, almost accusing us of underpaying or lying. I told her:
“Isn’t this your bill? I can’t count for you.” She replied, “I don’t know Chinese,” although I was speaking to her in English the entire time. If she didn’t take our order, she should have asked the other staff instead of arguing. We paid in cash, and she didn’t even say thank you. Just walked away.
⚠️ THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO KOREAN FOOD While the food itself was okay by Austrian standards, the attitude and behavior of this waitress ruined everything. It’s a shame, because good Korean cuisine deserves better representation.

We came to eat here for dinner a few months ago and had a very pleasant experience with great and well proportioned food, so we decided to come back the other day by making dinner reservations beforehand online via Quandoo.
That night, we arrive on time and when we inform the waitress about our reservations, they told us that they didn’t receive any info and that they were booked for the whole night. We showed them our confirmation email, but probably due to system error, they didn’t receive it. System error happens and that’s not entirely their fault BUT how the staff handled the situation was horrible and unbelievable. We would have been okay to be honest if we were just told straight away that there was a system error and that they can’t prepare a table for us (even though that still would’ve been disappointing obviously, but still, less time wasted). One of the waitresses told us that despite the fact that our reservations didn’t go through, that they can prepare a table for us in 5 minutes. We ended up waiting 15 minutes without any update. Then, a different waitress came up to us and asked us what we’re waiting for, so we explained that we’re expecting a table. But then, she checks her tablet and just tells us “Sorry, we’re booked for the entire night”. When we told her that the other waitress explained that we CAN get a table, she went to check directly to her, but we saw the waitress just being lazy like she didn’t even care about what she’d misinformed to us. She didn’t even come to apologise to us and just minded her own business. How disrespectful is that?
So in the end, we DIDN’T get our table and obviously left the restaurant appalled - not to mention also ended up wasting about 30 minutes of our time. The whole time, the staff were very unfriendly, unmotivated and the service was very inflexible, unprofessional and very disrespectful.

When we 7 Korean came to restaurant with a reservation, she said me "to the small room". I didn't know where it was. I had to find it by myself. When we were there, she came to us with the Menu cards, papers and a pen, then gave them us. "Write down what you want." she said then she is gone. After a while she came back to us, we were still writing what we'd like to order. I was writing what other 6 wanted to order in Korean. When the waitress watched my writing in Korean, she started to yell, "Don't write the name of food ! Just write the number!" I was still collecting the order from others, so I answered, "I am still collecting the order, I will write menu numbers afterwards." She yelled once again, "Just the number !". "Yes, I will write numbers afterwards ! But now I have to write the name of food so that I don't miss the order of anyone." She pointed the numbers of Menu cards and yelled once more, "Look at this, just like this! Just the number !" At this moment, I could not sit quietly any more. I asked for a Korean manager or owner. She yelled at me more loudlier, "Not here today !" I said her, " I don't wanna talk to you anymore. Bring us any Korean." Then Korean cook came to us and heard everything, took our orders. We had our meals without problems, the food was good. Seafood Tofu pot was the best from what we had. If you want experience a worst waitress, I recommend this restaurant.
