Dunkin' Donuts Paradise Island — Restaurant in New Providence

I felt robbed. I already know the prices in the island are outrageous and I was fine with that walking in but what really annoys me is the carelessness and standoffish attitude the staff has, not to mention how incompetent they are. After waiting 25 mins in line, I placed a simple order of 2 sandwich combos with large coffees. The only variant was that I said one sandwich with cheese and one without. Pretty simple right? Not for them. They still manage to mess it up somehow. They took my order with disdain, barely open their mouth to speak. What I got instead was 2 “sandwiches” with only egg (no cheese and no sausage), and gave me one small coffee and one large one. How does this happen after repeatedly telling them 2 sandwich combos , one sandwich with cheese and one without. The attitude of the management is very hostile. My wife likes a lot of cream in her coffee. For the first three days I was granted the extra cream. On the day she went to pick up the breakfast they denied giving it to her. She explained she received it on previous days. They proceeded to yelled at her for continuing to ask. Imagine you have to wake up to go to Dunkin’ Donuts on the biggest tourist trap in the planet. Then imagine you have to take attitude from snotty tourists and snotty resort staff who also don’t want to be working in the tourist trap from hell.
