Security officers performs tow truck SCAM to make #extra money
Very disappointed with the customer service. Today I drove my brother and his girlfriend to McDonald's to get food and had parked in their parking lot as any normal customer would. After placing in orders i decided to walk across to the other store until the order was done. Both of my them had decided to walk with me until their order was ready. So 5mins of scoping out the store, my brother and his girlfriend decides to go back and check on their orders. Pleaseeeee can someone tell me why did they come back and tell me that they can't find my car that i had just left in mcdonalds parking lot 7mins ago. I was furious about what had happened and how it happened. the security officer (also known as "SUPA" did not inform us of anything and behaved like he was oblivious to the fact that he just saw me parked my car and saw me on the line placing my order. On top of thay he lied to the manager saying that he had warned us when we were walking to the other stores. (Little did he know that we we're customers- he assumed that i just walked im and out as if i have nothing else to do with my life) and then the manager had began to lie for the security officer saying it was policy to tow cars away ifni walked of the premises. This doesnt make sense. How can you tow away a persons car within 5 mins of them walking away to check another store that was literally 2 secs away---- I had asked to speak to the head office , instead they ignored me as if wasnt relevant...refused to answer when i asked where my car was. And at this point im angry because its 12:20 and i had to quickly get prepared to head to my muisc and photoshoot by 1pm. Traffic was downtown and they made me catch a ride to my car and still made me pay the tow company with my savings. I was upset hence i did nothing wrong...but i was more angry because a local told me its a SCAM stunt that the security officers do to make a deal with the tow truck company.
Now watch this. I finally reached where my car was supposedly towed and my car was the onky one attached with a rusty chain to Broken down jeep. I had to wait another 20mins because when i got there nobody had the right keys to set my car free. At this point i gave up on everything. I sat there in misery. Because i went to mcdonalds expecting to leave quickly since there were only 3 persons in the front of me....but now im 1 hour and 30mins late for my...
Read moreIt was awful. There were three cars ahead of me and it took twenty minutes for me to get to the cashier. Then another ten minutes to the pick up window. I waited and waited, finally I tapped on the window. The server came to the window and I asked her "what was happening with my order?" She asked if I had ordered something that I did not. So I told her what I had ordered. She closed the window and left me sitting there. Someone else came to the window and asked me if I had paid for my order. I told her "if I did not, I would not be there." I gave her my receipt and after what seemed like an eternity I got my drinks and another five minutes before the food. It took me thirty-three minutes from the time I joined the line to the time I pulled off. IT ANGERED ME MORE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ONE INSIDE. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. I WILL NOT GO...
Read moreAfter waiting a while in the long ordering line, I finally ordered at 11:54am. I got my order at 12:28pm. I ordered a quarter pounder with fries and a drink. Maybe it’s just my opinion but nobody should ever wait nearly half an hour for one combo. They were busy since it was lunch, but I’m pretty sure they forgot my order until I asked what’s up. Lots of people going up to the counter after they received their order saying they were missing something.
No smiles, greetings, or thank you from the employees as they leave your takeout bag on the counter. The food itself is of McDonald’s quality. Not hot since I was waiting so long though. They also don’t have a lot of options on the menu here.
Good wifi, but can’t eat upstairs for...
