Belgian Wines — Restaurant in Antwerp

A very lovely place located not far from the city center which serves local wines, as well as cheeses and charcuterie. Unfortunately, we have not yet had a chance to try their charcuterie selection, but we really enjoyed the small cheese platter and the wines we decided to order.

We sat outside the bar, but the interior of the place looks very cozy. The service was fast and the person attending us was friendly and kindly introduced us the wines and the cheeses we ordered. I think it is something that is not done too often and I highly appreciated it. It is always nice to know a thing or two about what you consume.

The only slight disadvantage is that the selection of wines at this place is very limited. Nonetheless, I am sure that all of them are as great tasting as the ones we had a chance to try. Moreover, I have not yet come across a similar bar where you can enjoy specifically local wines, cheeses, and charcuterie, as most of them serve beers.

I cannot wait to visit this place again and try more of the local wines and specialties 👏

P. S. I highly recommend the Adelblank (Kapittelberg) white wine, which is simply delicious. It is fruity and slightly sweet, but not...

Just went there with a large group very rude staff. Got accused of passing around drugs just because I gave my brother a cigarette. I’m not even joking they said in quotes “it’s suspicious behavior passing around to what it looks like drugs” I asked the lady if she actually even knows the difference between the two and she wouldn’t give me a straight answer. I pulled out my pack and showed her it’s a brand NEW pack of cigarettes. We also was welll over the 15-20 feet away from the door. There was other people smoking too. I never been disappointed in service EVER. It was super embarrassing to be accused of drug use in front of strangers. I know a ton of people who go there and was recommended by them. Now none of them will be revisting the establishment. -1000/10 experience honestly warrants for...

One of my favourite bars in Antwerp!

The focus is to use only Belgian products, including wine and food.

Wines are not overpriced, starting from 4 euros and have a great taste. I took the special wine cocktail which was so refreshing and delightful!

Apart from that, we took the cheese platter but unfortunately they misunderstood me and brought the mixed platter. As a vegetarian we still decided to eat the meat as it looked so unbelievably tasty, which it absolutely was!

The platter for 1 person is definitely enough for 2 persons, especially if you’ve already aten dinner before.
