Worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life: two friends of mine were ordering a beer - but apparently there was a misunderstanding with the waiter. He brought a beer we hadn't ordered (traditional Kriek instead of sweetened Kriek). Before EVEN TOUCHING the beer, my friends apologised for the misunderstanding and asked to replace the beer they had not ordered. But the waiter refused entirely and said it was our "mistake". We talked to the manager, but he just said that we were stupid if we wanted to drink sweetened Kriek - it was not the "original"... We made an effort to compromise and offered to buy more drinks or pay one of the two Krieks. Yet, they charged us both beers and joked we could put some sugar in it. As we did not even touch the beers they could have easily taken them back...not even mentioning that they got us wrong in the beginning...

PS. Probably it was just too good a deal for them as they charged 9.50 Euro (!!!) per 37.5 cl bottle of the organic Kriek...

I came in with my friends wearing a dressed hat. After we all got drinks and were inside for more than an hour sitting there bothering no one, the “security guy” big dude from the picture with a hat came inside angry to tell me I need to take my hat off inside and if I don’t I need to leave because of “house policy”. This was not an issue when I entered, when I ordered or sat there drinking.

This man is not only disrespectful but also I don’t know what makes him worst security guy in history since he finds a woman with a hat something to make a big deal of it or the fact that he noticed “the threat” it 1.5 hours later.

Bravo for your incompetence. This place just lost three...

A rude and very arrogant bouncer at the door refused to let me in without any logical reason, repeatedly stating, 'I think it's not safe to let you in.' Initially, I assumed it was a simple misunderstanding because I hadn't greeted him and was distracted by my phone. However, after apologizing and explaining that I hadn't noticed his role, and assuring him of my good intentions in the most polite manner, he still refused entry. This made me suspect that his behavior may have had racial motivations. It's unfortunate that they couldn't have a more reasonable person at the entrance of such...
