I was walking past, heard lively music, saw the Chilean colors. (FYI, I know nothing about Chilean food but I did a quick 180). It's a small place, no dine in other than a few stools, but it's certainly a Ma & Pop kind of place- super nice people. I told them I knew nothing about their food and they were quite obliging explaining their menu. Anyway, I bought a beef empanda with the spicy pebre. WICKED with a cold beer. I stopped in for lunch today to try their Empanadas, I chose the choclo, with the pebre salsa, and the pear dessert empanada, and I was not disappointed! They even gave me some chimichurri to try as well, and I highly recommend. As soon as you enter this little shop, you feel the warmth and pride of the staff and the quality of their offerings immediately. I'm so glad I found this gem right across the street from work! I can't wait to try everything...
