Pathetic service and staff … I wish I could give 0 star
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your outlet today. The experience was unacceptable, and I feel compelled to report it.
I visited your store and ordered a Crispy Chicken Habanero Bowl, a Coke, and the same wrap. When I opened the bowl, I found that the rice was completely dried out—hard as a rock. I approached the counter to raise my concern. The supervisor did not say a single word, simply said they would replace it, but did so in a very rude and dismissive manner. Uh
While the new bowl was being prepared, I noticed the staff member was not wearing gloves. I politely asked, “Did you wear gloves while preparing the food?” Instead of a simple explanation, both the supervisor and the lady at the front counter suddenly began yelling at me. I calmly told them not to raise their voices, but they continued being aggressive and said, “Do you want a refund? We’ll give it.” When I declined, they dismissively said, “Ignore it.”
This was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. I’m shocked by the lack of hygiene practices and the blatant disrespect shown by the staff, especially by the supervisor and the front counter employee.
Do you not provide customer service training to your staff? Is this the standard of behavior your company endorses?
I am not letting this issue go. I will be escalating this complaint to your head office and expect a formal apology and a clear explanation of the actions you intend to take to prevent such experiences in the future.

Read moreToday at around 8:50 PM, I ordered 2 cafe lattes and 2 peach lemondaes. One of the lattes was hot while the other was completley cold. When i asked the cashier at the front to heat it or remake it. She refused to acknowledge it. Instead she told me " I won't freakin make it for YOU again". Not only was this extremely rude and unprofessional on her part, she was also being highly racist (we being brown skinned). She mocked us throughout with her sly smile as she refunded our payment. The manager looked at the entire episode clueless not interfering to support us. Then the cashier shamelessly announced to the other queued up customers " Everybody, you can just leave becuase apparently I am too disrespectful". Meanwhile, the manager continued watching and laughing while all of this happened and refused to give me their names. They had no name badges on. Read moredastardly deeds committed by the blonde lady.... she violently launched my friend off of the counter after my friend received an ice capp instead of the iced coffee she ordered. my friend patiently waited to ask the employee if she could have her iced coffee, and once she mustered up all of the courage humanly possible, she bravely inquired and was greeted with a cold deadpan stare. Unfortunately after being catapulted into the line of customers for asking such a stupid question, we were forced to leave with a measly iced Capp. My friend was too upset to drink it, so she offered it to me as a gift.
Would love to return to this location but sadly the medium iced Capp humiliated me in public when I experienced dysentery all over both the upwards and downwards facing escalators.
