This place is absolutely disgusting, I wish I could rate it a 0 star. First of all the front bouncers were making disgusting comments to me and the group of girls I was there with for a bachelorette party, making us very very uncomfortable and calling one of us ugly. Then we were inside and there was broken glass all over the ground and when we asked a worker to clean it up so others didn’t get it in their foot, his response was “we don’t have a broom”. Great. Once we had a few drinks mostly going to one bartender (curly and dark long hair, with a bull ring in her nose), we went up again and when we paid for our final round of the night the bartender said to someone in our group “I am going to stop serving you if you don’t tip me each time I serve you a drink”, which was very inappropriate to say that to a paying customer who had tipped every single time they went up other than our last drink of the night. As I local, I am in love with this unique and special restaurant to share with friends and family visiting Tremblant. Normally I prepare the food for guests as a descent cook but I cannot possibly create what Central does and this is what makes it so special. You will feel like you are transported to Barcelona and adore the chef who goes table to table checking in with guests and sharing his passion and love of each of his creations. Very nice evening we had yesterday at the Central Tapas in MT! Still low season so it was quiet but that gave the staff plenty of time to take care of us, which is exactly what they did, took time to speak with us and offer suggestions as well as a few « fun facts » about the place! Food was very good and Kudos to the XTRA LARGE SHRIMPs cooked perfectly! Enjoyed the sauces that came with everything. Nice selection of drinks and wine, we wished it was high season so to have stayed and enjoy seeing the place turn into a dancing bar!!! Next time!
