Went in for lunch before leaving the Tremblant Village. I ordered an Arugula and Quinoa salad and the tacos, my husband the SoCal bowl and a turkey club sandwich and my daughter the Vegetarian sandwich. The food tasted delicious. After trying a little of everything I would say the Vegetarian sandwich was my favourite, the fries were cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. I thought the salad had a little too much Arugula, yes I know it is an Arugula salad, but this for me was too much. I chose the salad because of the Quinoa. ButI must admit I enjoyed the salad. Actually we enjoyed all the meals. Overall we had a great experience, service was excellent with super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend SoCal Kitchen.

My friend and I both got the 3 tacos dish, but I got one of each flavour. I'd recommend skipping the tofu taco because it was completely bland and they didn't have to pretend the tofu was "meat" to cater to non-vegetarian customers. The cod taco was not what I expected (shredded cod as opposed to one large fried piece) but still tasty. The pulled pork taco was not bad, but maybe because by the time I ate it, it was getting cold. My friend said it was her favourite, though. The sweet potato fries were AMAZING and I enjoyed the salad dressing for the salad. I say it's worth it to upgrade from the original 2 tacos to 3 tacos since you get all the fries.

We ate here the long weekend of July/August 2022. This was our best meal while in Mont Tremblant. The restaurant was open very reduced hours 3-8:30. We met everyone dinning around us who all wanted to share their impressions of the restaurant. Couple beside us were from Nova Scotia and said that all the seafood was amazing. Soooooo. I had the lobster roll. Let me qualify this by saying I send weeks in Maine every year. This was the best lobster Roll of my life. Wife had the SoCal bowl and lichee martini and insists this was the best meal of her life We will always be back. In fact we may drive from Ottawa just to go here.

I am absolutely delighted to share our experience at this wonderful restaurant! We stumbled upon this gem while wandering around, and we were immediately drawn in by their menu, which featured an array of fresh and light options.

We decided to bring our 9-year-old daughter, who is notoriously picky when it comes to food. To our pleasant surprise, she absolutely loved the chicken skewers and ended up enjoying the bao buns—something we didn’t think she’d enjoy at all! She devoured them so quickly that we had to order more.

The food was nothing short of spectacular—tasty, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive; the servers were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.

We did visit another popular spot on a different night, but looking back, I wish we had returned here instead. The price points were comparable, but the overall experience here was far superior.

If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend the ceviche, bao buns, and poke bowl. Each dish was a standout and made our meal...

restaurant claims to be fresh: it wasn't, upon entering the restaurant I was hit by the smell of bad seafood. it was a bad sign but we gave it a try anyway. we ordered the tacos platters, it claimed to be cod fish tacos but it wasn't fried nor marinated just boiled and mashed up no seasoning only some sauce on it. the pulled pork tacos had corn on top that came straight out of the can not seasonEd nor cooked. the most expensive Platter on the menu the short rib meal was salty and was frozen and reheated meal. it had 3 fingerling potatoes cut in half and 1 bok choy cut in 6 for the hefty price of 43$. we also had the guacamole that wasn't homemade nor fresh it was premade and they only had added onions and tomatoes on top. local nothing on this menu looked local unless they meant taken out of their local freezer. healthy ? perhaps we will never know.

overall not impressed, expensive and it has been a long time I haven't been this...

Was looking for something a little bit different for dinner one night, decided to try SoCal Kitchen. We started with drinks and a couple appetizers. I ordered a mojito and did the sweet and spicy cauliflower. They nailed the batter and crispiness on this dish and it was served with a sweet Thai chilli sauce. Would definitely order again. Then we got an order of 2 pork tacos (small; probably about 3-4 bites) but they were delicious as well. For mains we ordered the SoCal salad and added salmon, and the seared tuna with ramen noodles. My salad was really good. Everything was fresh and crisp, good flavours. My boyfriend had the tuna and it was SLIGHTLY over cooked. Wasn’t totally impressed but we’ve had worse meals.

Service was incredibly fast and fairly well priced. It was a Sunday, so it was pretty quiet but still a nice atmosphere. Would definitely go back, would probably order some appetizers and a bunch of the...
