The staff of the place made me and my family feel discriminated against, we went last night, my son, my sister and I, we entered, we approached the counter to order and the boy at the cashier looked at us as if he were upset , I didn't give it any importance, I started to order the crepes, my son who is barely learning English ordered a Nutella crepe with strawberry and Philadelphia cheese and the cashier boy looked disgusted and rudely answered my son "cheese and Nutella?!” For a moment I thought that he had not understood him, so I repeated the order and the very annoyed boy told me "you can't eat here because we are going to close." I replied that there was no problem, I thought that maybe he was tired and maybe He already wanted to leave and that's why he had a bad attitude, but immediately behind us a blonde lady came in with her husband, they took a seat and the guy immediately brought her the menu and took her order, something they didn't do with us, about 5 minutes later came 2 people more and they were given the service without a problem, I don't know if it was because we were the only Hispanic customers or what other situation but I did notice that we were the only ones who received that treatment, when taking our order I asked the guy why They said that we could not eat in the place and the other people were allowed to eat there, so the waiter (also Hispanic) answered me “what happened is that the owner told us not to serve anymore but then he told us to come back to the normal service, but you can stay to eat if you want” honestly, I was given the most absurd justification, I wanted to leave the place but my son wanted to eat his crepe, I do not recommend this place, not only was the treatment very bad and rude, they hurt the feelings of a child who was just trying to practice a new language, my recommendation is IF YOU ARE HISPANIC DO NOT GO IT APPEARS THEY DO NOT ACCEPT HISPANIC CUSTOMERS!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming café in Old Montreal, and it was nothing short of a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in a cozy and welcoming ambiance that felt both modern and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, contributing to a warm and pleasant atmosphere that made my visit all the more enjoyable. The café itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary elegance. Whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to read in or a comfortable spot to catch up with friends, this café has it all. The attention to detail in the décor creates a uniquely inviting space that’s perfect for relaxation and conversation. Moreover, the menu offerings were impressive. Each item was presented beautifully, and everything I tried was delicious. The coffee was particularly noteworthy, brewed to perfection with a rich and robust flavor that coffee aficionados will appreciate. In summary, this café in Old Montreal is a true gem. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to enjoy great coffee, tasty treats, and a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We were looking for a creperie/ breakfast joint while staying in Old Montreal. We saw this place and it was very quaint and cute looking so gave it a try. We are a family of 4 and 2 hungry boys. We had cappuccinos, the Florentine Crepe as well as the Strawberry Love and Exotica. We were pleasantly surprised that they served the renowned St-Viateur bagels so we obviously had to try those too! Service was slow but considering we were there on a busy Saturday morning of the Thanksgiving long weekend it was expected that they’d be busy. It is also steps away from the Notre Dame Basilica which is an extremely busy tourist destination to say the least. Overall we enjoyed the experience. It’s a family run business and we could see the teenage children helping out and everyone was doing their best to help keep the flow moving. The decor is quaint and the food was good. So I’m appalled with all the negative reviews they got as we had a great experience and we need to support these small family run businesses that are just coming out of the pandemic and give them a break!
