WickedCup — Restaurant in Municipality of Jasper

My recent visit to WickedCup left much to be desired, despite its seemingly impressive Google rating of 4.6/5. The coffee was alright, but the food and service fell short of expectations, especially considering the lack of patrons on a weekday in a tourist town.

Despite the abundance of empty tables, the service was slow and indifferent. It felt like the staff were going through the motions rather than making an effort to ensure a pleasant dining experience for their customers.

As for the food, it was just meh—not terrible, but far from memorable. Given the lackluster service and mediocre quality of the food, it's hard to believe that WickedCup has garnered such high praise on Google.

If you're looking for a truly satisfying coffee and dining experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Don't let the inflated Google rating deceive you—WickedCup fails to live up...

Before coming into the Wicked Cup I had the chance to read some of the reviews for this place, and let me say this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT. This place is an amazing breakfast/ lunch restaurant, with incredible views of Jasper’s mountains. I also would like to mention that the mistake of others bad reviews is a correlation to peoples bad taste of coffee, they simply drink not good coffee on a daily basic and ignore the wonderful and unique coffee that the Wicked Cup serves (and their fantastic selection of tea). The staff is so friendly and are always working together to make sure the Wicked Cup is a clean and enjoyable space for everyone to come together. Great for kids and dogs, as they have a big inside and outside sitting selection. I will definitely be coming back everyday when I come and visit...

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Times are so tough they're serving rotting food to their customers and skipping out on other ingredients altogether. I ordered a breakfast baguette and it came with ROTTEN LETTUCE ON IT. My partner ordered a pesto sandwich and lavender honey latte. Sandwich had NO PESTO on it and the latte had 0 flavour. It was just warm milk. Before I posted this I called to speak to the manager and my message was never returned Emailed the company to complain and the email address doesn't even exist. Couldn't care less about their customers or reputation. Maybe the next person they serve expired food to will get sick and sue them, perhaps they'll throw rotten food into the garbage instead of putting it onto people's...
