WARNING! B4 U SIT AND EAT! OR VISIT NIAGARA FALLS. Be aware of the Sneaky never spoken about by businesses in Niagara Falls & they will never inform you it's "OPTIONAL". The DPF Tax & the TIFF. Please be cautious about these and always look at your receipts when partaking in activities around Niagara Falls. They got me and I decided to let everyone know about this. Tourist Tax? really? I get taxed already as it is. I would appreciate it if they told everyone before hand that they are "OPTIONAL". Let me decide if I want to give you my hard earned money.

I’ll also point out that not all businesses are charging this fee. I collected some of our receipts and took a look and found that there are still some honest folks around. Unfortunately, those who charged some sort of destination or tourism fee outnumbered those that did not. All the restaurants we went to charged the fee. So if you’re visiting Niagara Falls, be aware this fee is voluntary and you can get it removed, but you have to ask.

Every time I went to Niagara Falls I would see this place packed. So me and the Familia decided to give it a try. Ambiance wise this place feels great, just a bit of caution for those who dislike Arabic music this will not be the place for you because that's all that will be playing while you eat. I on the other hand enjoy Arabic Music. The service was friendly enough just don't expect them to ask you how the food is or if you need anything, they served our food and never came back to our table until we asked for the bill.

The food in general was Good. The price was a bit high but hey you are at Niagara Falls right so I don't Nag about that!. We ordered the Turkish Coffee and it was great my only issue was that they did not give us enough, same with the sauce that comes with the food it was just a spoon full and not enough for the plates that we ordered.

Just letting you know if you need to use the washrooms in this place Don't! they are not the cleanest specially the men's.

The one thing that I really liked about this place was the "suggested" No Cellphone signs all over the place, giving you a friendly reminder to get off that dammed thing and try using your mouth to...

Since there are only handful of halal options near the Falls this place thrives. Now on to service. The front waiters waving you in are courteous and nice but once you are seated it’s chaos . We were served the wrong food 6 times. Plus we were denied water! Isn’t it law to give water? We had very small children who had been walking for hours tired and thirsty. Apparently they don’t have to serve water if they don’t want too. We weren’t just going to drink rap water, we ordered bottled water and pop too along with 5 pizzas (only 1 size, medium) for $24.99 each! Super expensive and never showed up on time. If this place was a regular city vs a tourist destination it would never survive. By the way they have a lot of young international students working there, who are trying their best but they tend to mess up your food order.

Update: June 30 There is a mysterious COV charge that showed up on the bills that no one was able to explain to me. The waiter says “it’s probably due to Covid”. Ok what does that mean? I spoke to lady at front desk and she explained that due then being short staffed and losing business they either had to raise prices or add an extra surcharge. So I’m okay with helping local businesses as long as they are upfront and don’t just mysteriously add a charge to your bill after you have eaten. Very fishy and unethical in my books. I offered to pay the amount but owner who over heard my conversation was embarrassed by the charge since there was no valid reason for adding it so discretely. They did end up taking it off the bill but I wasn’t happy the snuck it on there in the first place.

And finally the servers are trained to say that the front desk is really busy (even though the restaurant was at 40% capacity) and it would be faster if we just payed cash to them instead of credit card. Very very sneaky. Shame on an institution that treats its customers this way. Sadly I don’t see this place lasting...

My family and I went to this restaurant on June 1st 2024 around 1-2 pm. It was seriously one of the best experiences we've had in a long time in a restaurant.

It's very hard to pick a restaurant that can please my mom, but she had nothing but praises for this one. The food was very tasteful and the menu was so diversified we didn't know what to pick. The portions were very generous, we had to leave with leftovers. The total bill seemed high (210$ for three, but tip included; say around 180 $ total) but it is a touristic spot after all. And like I said, the portions were extremely generous.

My sister, my mother and I all said that their pizza was the best we had had in a very long time. The fries were cooked to perfection and everyone was very happy with their order. The drinks/ mocktails were also delicious and tasted very fresh. Everything was so good that we thought we'd leave a stellar review, which is something we rarely do (thus the pictures of our plates half eaten). The service was also great, no complaints here. Our waitress was very kind and the meals came quickly. Maybe we were lucky, the place wasn't too busy when we went.

If you go to Niagara Falls, make sure to stop by :)

Small note: I noticed on the counter a sign hinting that the restaurant used to be a shisha spot as well (unless I misunderstood, sorry if that's the case). There was no smoking while we were there, but I must say, if that were still an option for customers, it would be a dealbreaker. Other than that, 10/10! I would recommend this place. If the smoking thing is also a concern for you, don't rule out this spot, just check if it is allowed before you go. Like I said, there was no smoking while...
