I would like to give less than a star for their service and humor, but unfortunately, I cannot. This is the first time I was ordering something from Dominos after arriving to Canada, because I never liked it. I was completely unaware of their sizes and number of slices. I called the store and it took around 2 to 2.5 minutes to ask about the sizes and in that duration, I gave the entire order. But after calling them they were busy passing the phone to other employees. After reaching there, an Asian girl came to attend us and asked what we would like to have. We asked few more minutes to have a look at the menu whether we would like to order a pizza or cheesy garlic bread and asked her to continue with her work. But while checking the menu a guy asked us whether we are ordering dominos for the first time. I felt insulting but didn’t mind and replied politely. Then again, the same girl behind the cash counter asked us the same question in a rude manner. I felt of leaving the store right away without having anything from them. But than they called our name and told us that the order was ready. While paying we asked them for some more dipping sauces, again she made a face and reacted inappropriately. I just wanted to leave the store asap. Because telling them and saying anything was a complete waste of time and energy. As soon as we turned towards the door someone from the back said “sir is here”. The guy mopping took off the airpods, went back to wear apron and got decent. The guys got in professional tone. The girl attending us got polite. To make them realise and for their improvement I would like to discuss few things to their senior. I talked with a senior about all this. But instead of understanding he had an attitude that we can’t waste our time with one customer. We have numerous customers who are waiting in a queue. I would never recommend anyone to visit this location. Worst experience ever.

I've never reviewed an establishment at all in my life let alone thought I'd ever do so unfavorably, but I've been a regular costumer of dominos as long as I've been able to order my own pizzas and couldn't believe the treatment I received from the employee who I spoke to on the phone. A well done pan pizza was ordered and I received a pizza that was undercooked completely to the point where it didn't even rise as you see in the pictures. The employee told me that there was nothing that could be done to change the end result if they were to attempt to send another one out, the quality would be the same and assured me that the issue was me and not the pizza itself but merely our expectations of the pizza as if to say that we don't know what a properly prepared pizza should look and taste like. My sister and I were also told that the situation was not a joke despite the fact that we were in fact audibly irritated and frustrated and most certainly not joking. At no point in time was there any real attempt to rectify the situation or even at the very least sympathy for our displeasure. I would recommend Domino's as a chain any day of the week, it's the only one I order from in that regard, but this branch itself should be avoided completely if that's both the quality of the food and the customer service provided to their patrons. To end on a positive note, the Grimsby location, my usual option, is outstanding each and every time. 10/10...

Last night we placed an order at hotel and in the pizza there was a hair and we called and complaint. The Cashier or over the phone who picked said we can't help as systems are down send us photo then we will try to do anything. Will leave a note and come in the morning. Worst was dinner was spoiled for kids and us. They did not replace neither they were ready to refund with an excuse system down. Next best thing was when we reached there in the morning the cashier and other person who attended us were worst to the core that they said what color hair was that which you had in pizza slice. If you did not bring hair with slice we can not replace and we can not refund. I again and again requested and tried to prove but they were so rude so rude that they said we can't help them only can replace I requested it's morning I can't have pizza at 11.30 am. After discussions and handling their pathetic behaviour we requested garlic bread she said SO CASHIER SAID YOU CAN NOT HAVE PIZZA IN THE MORNING BUT YOU CAN HAVE GARLIC BREAD. That how low they were and we left as they are low to that level where no point talking to such I'll mannered cashier and workers. Pathetic service pathetic cashier I have ever spoken too...
