Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I went there today around 8 pm. Ordered $38 worth of food from pizza hut express. There was a guy there who gave me tap water for my family. 10 minutes later my daughter (we were still eating there) went to the girl who was working there to ask for a glass of tap water and she refused. Then she came back and said they won't give it to me. So I asked her to try once more and she went to the guy to ask him for a glass of tap water who refused as well. She said my mom just bought food a few minutes ago and you gave her tap water. So he said we only give water when you order the food. We don't give any water after that. So ridiculous! I went back there to ask for a glass of tap water and all 3 staff members there ignored me and didn't even ask me if I wanted anything. Never will I visit this pizza hut again....

Skip this food court, at least in the off season. At least four different express restaurants that were understaffed and operating on one register made ordering difficult. The cashier got my order wrong, but at least I wasn't charged for the missing item. The food was not only overpriced but also overcooked, and yet somehow raw. Almost $30 Canadian got me two personal pizzas and 10 breadsticks that were cut in half to make 20. The bread sticks were overcooked on the top, and the seasoning was added after being run through the oven. Pepperoni was questionable at best. Expensive and with a very disorganized and inefficient line up system. Signs say "Line Up Here" in three places (there are three food services here). In reality, people are then told to line up at the Subway counter and lose their spot for doing what appears to be the right thing. You have to wait til all others ahead of you have selected their sub bread, cheese type, toasted or not, toppings, sauce, cookies or chips, drink size and type before ordering a pizza. The final insult is the price. My son waited 17 minutes to buy a simple 500 mL bottle of milk and paid almost $6.00. You have options. Make this "fast food" your last...
